Plan Ahead!!!-Although unplanned trips can turn out to be the best vacations, some may suffer for it later.-Set a date in case you need to take off from work or in case you need to work around prior appointments.

Do Your Research!!!-Find the best vacation spot for your family. Would your family prefer the beach? A trip to Las Vegas? A cruise to Europe? An exotic adventure? -Research things you would like to do while you’re on your trip.

Set A Budget!!!-Calculate the cost for passports, plane tickets, hotel stay, gas, food, and other miscellaneous expenses.-Search for deals.

Make Your Reservations!!!-The earlier the better.-The cost of plane tickets sometimes go up, the closer it gets to the departure date.-Hotels may become booked if you wait too late to reserve your rooms.

Plan Your Route!!!-If you’re traveling by car, truck, etc., plan your stops for gas, rest, ect.-If traveling by plane or cruise, make accommodations for trips to and from the airport.

Pack Early!!!-Pack your belongings early so that you don’t forget essential items.

Enjoy Your Vacation!!!-Have fun!-Take pictures!-Don’t forget the souvenirs!
