your customers and get referrals from them. The content you need here is called

support documentation. You can create a detailed FAQ about your

product/service for customers to read. Facebook is a good example here. It

provides a detailed help center with relevant pictures for their customers, thereby

reducing the number of customer's complaints they get through a phone call or

email.
