Next there is a 4 step process – you have the option of skipping each step and accessing your settings to make choices around each of the settings via the settings icon your home page, however it is recommended that you go through the 4 step process now. Settings can be changed or amended at anytime through your settings area

5. Step 2 – add whatever information you are comfortable people knowing about you and in step 3 you can add topics and pages that will populate your timeline with information and stories 5. Step 4 – add a photo or avatar to

your profile. You can take one with your webcam or upload one from your computer. Note : you can skip these steps and add information later – click on skip just to the left of the save & continue button

5. Once you have finished setting your preferences in the 4 step process click on Save & Continue

6. You will then come to a welcome screen but the process of setting up your Facebook profile will not be complete until you go to your emails and click on email then the link in the email to verify the confirm you account to activate it and complete the signing up process.

A message will flash on the screen saying your account has been verified then loads this welcome screen

You are now ready to start using Facebook find friends, add a cover photo, make a status post, go into your settings and customise further and more.
