HOW DOES IT WORK?

Application is a smart app downloadable to all smart phone enabled devices, i.e. tablets, ipads, etc.

Synch capability with service kiosks in retail branches

Application enables filing online Secure information is forwarded to tax service

database for processing. Final taxes are returned to smart device for

electronic signature Client has several refund options including the

traditional ‘Rapid Refund.’

CLIENT INTERFACE AND MONEY DISTRIBUTION

Data communication from company mainframe or unix systems and/or smart app users to retail kiosks(Network hub)

Smart app interface replicated on kiosk for cash withdrawals

Kiosks can scan voucher bar codes from smart apps or hard copy can be printed from kiosk of printer of choice for voucher feed into machine

Kiosks may also be accessed for withdrawal of financial service company accounts

APPLICATION FUNCTIONALITY

Free application downloadable online. Utilizes photo shots for scanning of required tax

documents Account initiated from on-screen personal

information portal linked to email address entry. Personal information can be edited under the

MyAccount link Documentation and personal information is followed

by a live chat invitation or a brief tax questionnaire. Your current year tax profile is submitted after

payment screen is completed and approved. Methods of payment will be determined by

company.

Any follow up information will be requested via email

Live chat can be accessed at any time while smart app is opened

Documents will be stored under profile within smart app for five years

All pertinent correspondence will be stored in account ‘Inbox’ including your final return and a bar coded refund voucher. Any refund voucher is also emailed.

All Inbox entries will be accompanied by email notifications
