Social media is about building relationships and you should use this to build a relationship with
your top customers/clients. Engage with anyone who connects with your brand and the loyalists
will continue the engagement
6. Share the Stories:
Surely your company has wonderful case studies
that they can share but wouldn’t they be more
powerful told from the voice of one person that
was impacted? The consumer or the person who
worked on the account will have not only a
personal interest but they will have a connection
that can not be overlooked
7. Build the Army:
Once you have identified the brand loyalists who
consistently engage with you on social media
you can nurture them into influencers
