The drama it’s called “Change” because life of characters change and follows different magical events, such as Rebecca becomes a witch, Ella and Rebecca find out they are family, new experiences with magic.

She lives with her grandmother Jenny, since her parents died in the car accident. As all the other teenagers Rebecca experiencing a period of rebellion. She does not listen to her grandma and even more does not believe in magic.

The main character in the drama is Rebecca who on her 18th birthday turns into a teenage witch.

But one day, at school she meets girl named Ella who is a witch as well. They become best friends quickly and starts practising magic together.

They using a book of spells that Grandma Jenny gave it to Rebecca. In the book, there are some pages missing which Ella had it whole life.

These pages are the only thing that belonged to her parents. Rebecca and Ella always have been sisters but they find that out after their fight.

Together they experience new life and events. They become a family that finally after 14 years gets together.

MY IDEA▪ My ideas for the radio play was taken from

my own interests and life experiences. I wanted to make something that I would enjoy it as same as my friends. I know that some of them (especially girls) are big fans of the same movies and TV series as I am. So I am pretty sure they would listen to the radio play from the same genre.

▪ As I am a huge fan of supernatural stories, I decided that my radio drama will be about witches, witchcraft and magic. From the very beginning I knew the key idea for the radio play is relationships between friends and family. Love stories are too obvious for this type of movies or broadcasts, for example- Twilight.

The characters that occurs in the broadcast are the same people that I met in the real life.

▪ Personally I have a friend that I know since we were two years old. When I was 15, I realized that she is more than my friend, she's part of my family. The same as in the script, Rebecca and Ella become best friends and at the end they become sisters, and they won’t be alone anymore.

▪ Rebecca’s relationship with her grandmother was an example of a contact I had with my grandma when I lived with her. The same as Rebecca and Grandma Jenny, we were arguing but helping each other as well. So everyday we have been closer and closer to each other.
