What is Neev Business Analysis (BA) Phase?
• A 2-3 week period of intense brainstorming and discussions to arrive at the contours of the final product.
• A team of experts from Neev engage with your business team and deep dive into your requirements.
• A number of interviews conducted across business functions and questionnaires/responses used to aid the analysis.
• A joint exercise where some amount of Senior and Mid Management bandwidth of customer is needed.
BA Team Composition
• 1 Business Analyst (BA)
• 1 UI/UX specialist
• 1 Technical Architect
• 1 Project Manager (Involved depending on complexity)
Our Approach to BA Engagements
Meetings between client and Neev teams
• Meetings for requirements gathering – experts from business analysis, technical architecture and UI/UX design teams have detailed discussions to flesh out requirements.
• Documentation of detailed requirements - Use cases documented and validated by the business user through an in-depth requirement analysis exercise.
• Creation of UI/UX design concepts/mock-ups for the most important screens in the application
• Discussion on Technical Architecture - narrowing down on the technology framework and identification of the technology stack, a technical lock-in on high-level architecture, along with libraries and frameworks to use.

Assumptions
• Neev will engage with client in Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Model.
• UI Designs are limited to 2 iterations.
• Client to designate a Single Point of contact. This person should double up as a Product Manager if possible. Client to establish owners in the organization for various requirements and ensure that all resources required are available.
• Neev will expect the availability of concerned people from client’s side.
• This phase will be executed from Neev office in India. If any travel is necessitated by client, the travel related expenses will be billed on actuals.
• Neev team will be working as per its normal business hours from its offices in India. For any onsite deployment, Neev team will work as per Client’s business day/hours.
• On successful completion of engagement, the team will be disassembled and will not be available for any work as part of this engagement.
