WEBSITE Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat bertujuan untuk
mempermudah kehidupan manusia dalam berbagai segi kehidupan.
Berbagai segi kehidupan seperti Ekonomi, pendidikan dan kesehatan
tak luput dari pemanfaatan teknologi. Hadirnya kecerdasan buatan
merupakan pilar-pilar dari kemajuan teknologi karena dengan adanya
cabang ilmu seperti sistem pakar, sistem fuzzy dan cabang ilmu
lainya telah berhasil membantu kemajuan di kehidupan manusia. Ikan
Hias merupakan jenis binatang peliharaan yang umum dipelihara di
kalangan masyarakat. Hal tersebut terjadi karena harga serta
perawatannya sederhana, tidak seperti binatang peliharaan lainya.
Akan tetapi dikarenakan harganya yang terjangkau masyarakat sering
melupakan fakta bahwa ikan merupakan mahkluk hidup yang juga harus
diobati bila terkena penyakit serta dirawat dengan cara yang benar.
Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dirancang dan dibangun sebuah
sistem pakar yang dapat mengidentifikasi penyakit pada ikan hias
yang di bangun berdasarkan knowledge dari pakarnya. Serta terdiri
dari tiga level user yaitu admin, pakar dan user. Sistem pakar
identifikasi penyakit pada ikan hias air tawar ini di bagun dengan
metode certainty factor dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP berbasis web.

ORNAMENT FISH DISEASE WITH CERTAINTY FACTOR METHOD BASED ON WEBSITE
Development technology Increasing rapidly aims to simplify people's
lives in many different aspects of life. Various aspects of life
such as economy, education and health did not escape the use of
technology. The presence of artificial intelligence are the
cornerstones of technological progress because of the presence of
science such as expert systems, fuzzy systems and other branches of
science have helped progress in human life. Ornamental Fish is a
common type of pet that is kept in the community. This happens
because of the affordable prices and simple maintenance, unlike
other pets. However, due to its affordability people often forget
the fact that fish is a living thing, which should also be treated
if it comes to the disease and treated in the right way. Therefore,
this study was designed and built an expert system that can
identify the disease in ornamental fishes in the wake based on the
knowledge of experts. As well as consists of three levels, namely
the admin user, and the expert user. Identification expert system
diseases in ornamental fish in with certainty factor method based
website build in PHP programming language. Keywords: Artificial

beberapa antibiotika yaitu antara lain Oxytetracyclin hydrochlorid
5-10 mg/l air dengan cara perendaman selama 24 jam. Baytril juga
dapat dipakai dengan dosis 8-10 ml/m3 air dengan cara perendaman
selama 24 jam dilakukan dalam wadah
