The omnipotent RAID recovery
software - MiniTool Power Data
Recovery RAID, an acronym for Redundant Array of Independent Disks, is a technology that
provides increased storage functions and reliability through redundancy. This is achieved
by combining multiple disk drive components into a logical unit, where data is distributed
across the drives in one of several ways called "RAID levels". This concept was first
defined by David A. Patterson, Garth A. Gibson, and Randy Katz at the University of
California, Berkeley in 1987 as Redundant Arrays of Inexpensive Disks.[1] Marketers
representing industry RAID manufacturers later attempted to reinvent the term to describe
a redundant array of independent disks as a means of dissociating a low-cost expectation
from RAID technology. RAID is now used as an umbrella term for computer data storage
schemes that can divide and replicate data among multiple physical disk drives. The
physical disks are said to be in a RAID array, which is addressed by the operating system
as one single disk. The different schemes or architectures are named by the word RAID
followed by a number. Each scheme provides a different balance between two key goals:
increase data reliability and increase input/output performance.

Data recovery of RAID
RAID user may inevitably fall into data loss situation out of various reasons such as
improper operations, accidental system crash and virus attack, etc. However, can we
successfully recover data from RAID? Definitely, user is able to recover lost RAID data by
employing third-party data recovery software. Talking about data recovery software, I
would like to recommend MiniTool Power Data Recovery.
MiniTool Power Data Recovery
As powerful data recovery software, MiniTool Power Data Recovery is not only able to
recover damaged data, but also lost data after system crashes with easy-to-use
operations and user-friendly interfaces. Besides, MiniTool Power Data Recovery is
perfectly compatible with 32/64-bit operating systems such as Windows Server 2000,
Windows Server 2003, Windows XP. Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista
and supports NTFS, NTFS4, NTFS5, FAT12, FAT16, FAT32,HFS+ and much more file
systems. Most importantly, this data recovery software is totally free for home environment
users.
Download this data recovery software at http://www.powerdatarecovery.com/ free of
charge.
Recover deleted files with MiniTool Power Data Recovery
After download, please install this data recovery to computer (never install it to partition
suffering data loss) and then launch it:
To recover deleted files, please select "Undelete Recovery".
In this interface, all deleted files have been searched by our data recovery software,
please check all needed files and then click "Save Files" to store them to assigned
location.
