O, be careful little eyes what you see.Psalm 101:3: “Set nothing wicked before

my eyes.”David hated what God hated and loved what

God loved.There is no established list of approved

shows or movies we are allowed to watch.We will give an account for the things we

see.Therefore, we need to set limits.Job 31:1: Make a covenant with your eyes.

O, be careful little ears what you hear.Advice on what we should hear and not

hear (Prov. 1:5, 19:27, 20:12, 22:17).What type of music do you listen to? What

types of conversations do you listen to?Our hearing contributes to others sinning

with their tongues.I Cor. 15:33: “Do not be deceived, ‘Evil

company corrupts good habits.’”Gal. 6:7-8: We will reap what we sow.

O, be careful little mouth what you say.Doesn’t only apply to the obvious sins of

the tongue, but also the more subtle forms.

Eph. 4:29: Proper speech of a Christian.Tearing down: lying, gossip, discord,

murmuring, hypocritical judgment.Building up: truth, praise, honor,

encourage, constructive criticism.Age-old adage: “If you don’t have anything

nice to say, don’t say anything at all.”

O, be careful little hands what you do. Matt. 15:19-20: We must be careful what

we do. Mark 12:28-31: Love God and love others. John 14:21-24: If we love God, we will

want to keep His commandments. Luke 10:30-37: The Good Samaritan.Eccl. 9:10: “Whatever your hand finds to

do, do it with your might.”We cannot serve God half-heartedly.

O, be careful little feet where you go.Prov. 4:25-27: Our ways will be

established if we watch where we walk.II Tim. 2:22: Flee youthful lusts and
