Always Use Positive Words – While
Thinking & Talking

• I am able• In your conversation use words that evoke feelings
and mental images of strength, happiness and
success.
•Practice Compliment – a true compliment is a gift• Practice Positive Self-Talk – graciously accept your own compliment.• Learn to say ‘I’m Sorry’ – The quicker we own our mistakes the less likely they are to turn into raging monsters.• Practice Expressing Genuine Gratitude – for ALL the good in your life.
* Learn to say ‘I forgive you’ – If we accept or give a sincere apology, the sting of the offence is removed.

or action, visualize clearly in your mind its
successful outcome.
• Get a picture in your mind of the
house that you want. • See yourself living
in it. Enjoying it. • Visualize with Faith, you will be amazed

Associate yourself with
people who are positive.
• They say for a piece of wood to catch fire we either have to put
fire to it or take it where the fire is.
• One of the deliberate choices we ought to
make is to disassociate with negative thinkers.
• Positive attitude is contagious – it can
easily rub on to you.

Engage in Physical Activity – Exercise at least thrice a week.
• Walking, swimming, cycling, jogging, etc. • They say walking is the best exercise• Gardening has double effect – you can exercise & have the joy of seeing flowers bloom – trees fruit. • Stress is one of the major causes of negative thinking•Physical exercise discharges stress.

Always sit and walk with your back straight.
• The way you stride down the hallway or
into a room is a powerful first clue to how you feel about
yourself. • Walk erect with your
head held high your shoulders back your chest out and
your stomach in. • By the way you walk, you command respect without ever saying a
