DESCRIPTION

THE FIG TREE (Signposts the way) The course of the present age is to be marked by wars, famines, pestilences, persecutions, false Messiah’s, and religious systems, increasing in intensity as the age nears its end, and culminating in tribulation such as the world has never seen, nor ever shall see again.

Who hath ears to hear, let him hear?

“Sola Scriptura”

(the Scriptures alone is authoritative for faith)

(in His Name)

[Yah -hoo-Wah]

is the Name of the Creator.

(YâHuWsHúa`) is His Son

[Al-u-heem - ALHYM] means "Mighty Ones“ or "Power"

means Set-apart, Pure.

Page 6: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

(Qodesh) also means "Set-apart"

Raukh (Spirit) is the Ibry (Hebrew) name for His "Presence", pictured as the

Counselor, Helper, and Advocate, the One Who "proceeds from the Father"

For in the day of trouble He will keep me secretly in His booth. In the covering of

His Tent He will hide me. On a Rock He raises me up.

is for you too!

Scripture speaks of a secret place where we can simply go, be alone, be

protected, pray, and hear from YâHuWsHúa. Knowing there is such a place is a

matter of faith. Going back time and again, that's a matter of building a

relationship. You need not have an advanced degree in any subject, need not

have memorized Scripture from beginning to end, but instead be aware the

YHWH of Y’Isra’al has a place for each Jew and Gentile who will open their

minds and hearts to Him.

Mt 6:5-8

Page 7: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

When you pray, you shall not be as the role-fakers, for they love to stand and

pray in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen

by men. Most certainly, I tell you, they have received their reward. But you,

when you pray, enter into your inner chamber, and having shut your door, pray

to your Father Who is in secret, and your Father Who sees in secret shall reward

you openly. In praying, don’t use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they

think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Therefore don’t be like

them, don't you see that your Father knows what things you need before you

ask Him.

The truth in reality is visited in this secret place AND must be shared by those

who will live or else ... they will perish ... in darkness.

It is written

Lu 11:33

“No one, when he has lit a Lamp, puts it in a cellar or under a basket, but on a

stand, that those who come in may see the Light.

Tehillim. 119:105

Your Word is a Lamp to my feet, and a Light (aur) for my path.

The lamp of the body is the eye. Therefore when your eye is good, your whole

body is also full of Light; but when it is evil, your body also is full of darkness.

Therefore see whether the light that is in you isn’t darkness. If therefore your

whole body is full of Light, having no part dark, it shall be wholly full of Light, as

when the Lamp with its bright shining gives you Light.”

The menorah is the only symbol created by YâHuWsHúa`

With this in mind, heart soul and strength let us study together in the Raukh

who see it from afar. The Secret Place, here, shines a bit of light so many can

see from afar. The topics we have chosen are addressed to Jew and Gentile

together. We do this because that is what the Bible does. This opens the

window to make more sense of what Scripture tells us!

In the secret place is plain language, something simple to read. This is a mere

starting place for deeper consideration.

If the Raukh of YHWH has moved your Raukh to seek out his word

Before the study I wish to point out that only the WORD is the TRUTH, be it

days, months, years, hence the calendar is “sola Scriptura” based.

Dan_7:25

And it shall speak words opposing the Most High, and it will wear down

the pure ones of the Most High Ones, and it will try to change set times

(Festivals) and Law, (Lawlessness) and they shall be granted into its hand for a

time and times and half of a time.

And then I will profess to them,

Page 9: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

‘Never did I acknowledge you: even if you are on My lap and do not do the will

of My Father Who is in heaven, out of My lap will I cast you away! Depart from

Me, all ye workers of Lawlessness!’

So that in them is fulfilled the prediction of Yshá`Yâhuw, which says: “You shall

surely hear, but you shall not understand; and you shall surely see, but you shall

not perceive! For the heart of this people has grown thick, and they do hardly

hear with the ears, and they have shut their eyes, lest they should see with their

eyes, and with their ears they should hear, and their heart should understand,

and they should return to Me and I should cure them.

The Hebrew Bible is fully aware of that. Deuteronomy declares the worship of

sun, moon, and stars as allotted by YHWH that is to all the other peoples

Dev 4:19.

And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto Shomayim, and when thou seest the shemesh, and the yarei'ach, and the kokhavim, even all the tz’va HaShomayim, shouldest be driven to hishtachaveh (bow down, worship) them, and serve them

which Hashem Aloheicha hath divided unto kol HaGoyim under kol HaShomayim.

Duet 4:19

"or lest you lift up your eyes to the heavens and see the sun, the moon, the stars, and all the armies of heaven, you should be impelled to bow down to

Page 10: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

them or enslave yourselves to these [things] that YHWH has apportioned to all the nations under the whole heaven;

Anyone can see the heavenly bodies, but we have heard from YHWH. There is no “hard copy” of Him! People want something they can identify with, which is what makes the “god-man” concept so attractive, because it makes them think they can be gods too. We can only understand what YHWH allows us to know

about Himself, and we cannot control what we cannot comprehend. Apportioned: divided, assigned, distributed; Aramaic, "designated to serve". I.e., He gave them to all the nations and they are common (contrast v. 20).

But none of them is to be identified specifically with YHWH.

Dev 4:20 But Hashem hath taken you, and brought you forth

out of the iron furnace, even out of Mitzrayim, to be unto Him an Am Nachalah (a people of inheritance), as ye are yom hazeh.

Deut 4:20. "But YHWH has selected you, and brought you out from the crucible of iron--

from Egypt--to become His own--for the purpose of being a people [that are His own] prized possession, just as [is the case] today."

Any wood placed into a furnace for smelting iron would be consumed

immediately. Egypt completely used them up, while feeding them—like pack animals. Even the products forged of iron there—chariots—were used to kill

them. Now they were going to a place that would serve them rather than consuming them. Nothing in the Tabernacle was made of iron; YHWH had no use for it at this point. Prized possession: How awesome! Why throw away such a rare privilege and settle for something that the nations all stoop to--

nations that He considered a mere drop in the bucket in comparison

Yeshayah40:15?

Surely the Goyim are like a drop in a bucket, and are accounted as dust of the scales; surely He taketh up the iyim (islands) like fine dust.

Isa 40:15

Page 11: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

See, nations are as a drop in a bucket, and are reckoned as dust on the balance. See, He lifts up isles as fine dust.

Today we see the illegitimate worship of these celestial bodies , within those

who claim to WORSHIP YHWH

How many more times will Y’Isra’al turned to HIS CREATION and not their CREATOR

Melachim Bais 23:5, |5| And he did away with hakemarim (the idol priests), whom the Melachim of

Yehudah had ordained to burn ketoret in the high places in the towns of Yehudah, and in the places around Yerushalayim; them also that

burned ketoret unto Ba'al, to the shemesh, and to the yarei'ach, and to the mazalot (constellations) and to all the Tzeva HaShomayim.

2 kgs 23:5

And he put down the black-robed priests whom the sovereigns of Yehudah had appointed to burn incense on the high places in the cities of Yehudah and in the places all around Yerushalayim, and those who burned incense to Baʽal, to the

sun, and to the moon, and to the constellations, and to all the host of the heavens

Melachim Bais 23:11

And he took away the susim that the Melachim of Yehudah had dedicated to the shemesh, at the entrance of the Beis Hashem, by the chamber of Natan-

Melech the saris, which was in the colonnades, and set eish to merkevot hashemesh.

2 Ki 23:11

And he did away with the horses that the sovereigns of Yehudah had given to the sun, at the entrance to the House of YHWH, by the room of Nathan-Mele the eunuch, that were in the court. And he burned the chariots of the sun with

fire.

Yirmeyahu 8:2 And they shall spread them out before the shemesh, and the yarei'ach, and all the tz'va haShomayim, whom they have loved, and whom they have served,

Page 12: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

and after whom they have walked, and whom they have consulted, and whom they have worshiped; they shall not be gathered up, nor be buried in a kever;

they shall be like domen upon the surface of ha'adamah.

Jer 8:2; and shall spread them before the sun and the moon and all the host of the

heavens, which they have loved and which they have served and after which they have walked, which they have sought, and to which they have bowed

themselves. They shall not be gathered nor buried; they shall be for dung on the face of the earth.

And He brought me into the khatzer Beis Hashem hapenimit [i.e., the Court of the Kohanim], and, hinnei, at the petach (entrance) of the Heikhal Hashem, between the Ulam and the Mizbe'ach, were about five and twenty ish, with

their backs toward the Heikhal Hashem, and their faces toward the east; and they bowing down toward the east worshiping the sun.

Ezek 8:16 And He brought me into the inner court of the House of YHWH. And there, at the door of the Hĕ al of YHWH, between the porch and the altar, were about twenty-five men with their backs toward the Hĕ al of YHWH and their faces

toward the east, and they were bowing themselves eastward to the sun.

Yet in the creation story these celestial elements are simply taken as creatures like any others

Page 13: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

"But study the symbolism seen in the fig tree:

When its branch becomes tender, and it puts out leaves, you know that summer is coming. In the same way, when you see all these things, recognize that My

appearing is near--right at the very doors!"

MattithYâ´huw 24:32

So when these things begin to come to pass, take heart and raise up your heads, because your redemption draws near. But from the fig tree, learn the

parable: when its branch is already become soft, and it sprouts forth the leaves, ye recognize that the qáyits (harvest) is near except only My Father.

The course of the present age is to be marked by wars, famines, pestilences, persecutions, false Messiah’s, and religious systems, increasing in intensity as

the age nears its end, and culminating in tribulation such as the world has never seen, nor ever shall see again.

MattithYâ´huw 24:36.

But concerning that Day and the hour, no human discerns, not even the envoys of the heavens, nor the Son,

Márquwç 13:28.

But from the fig tree, learn the parable: when its branch is already become soft, and it sprouts forth the leaves, ye recognize that the qáyits (harvest) is near.

Márquwç 13:29.

In this way also ye, when ye see all these things happening, recognize that the reign of YHWH is near at the doors.

Luwqá’ 21: 31

Likewise also ye, when ye see these things coming to pass, recognize that the reign of YHWH is near.

Page 14: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

Márquwç 13:30.

’Âmë´n (certainly) I say to you that in no wise might this age pass away, until all these things shall have happened.

Márquwç 13:32.

But concerning that day and the hour, no one discerns, not even those envoys within the heavens, nor the Son, except only the Father.

Márquwç 13:33.

Look out, do not sleep, and pray, for ye do not discern when the season is.

"Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender, and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see these things happening, know that it is near — at the doors! Assuredly,

I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will by no means

pass away."

6th seal. 6th day, 6000th year gone

Next year is the 70th anniversary of W.W. ll

In the 2018 the house of tribal Yâhuwthâ´h in the land of Y’Isra’al will be 70 Years old

Tehillim 90; 2

The days of our years are seventy, or even by reason of strength eighty years; yet their pride is but labor and sorrow, for it passes quickly, and we fly away.

Luwqá’ 21:29

Then he spoke to them a parable: "Look at the fig tree, and all the trees. When they are already budding, you see and know for yourselves that summer is now

near. So you also, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of YHWH is near. Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no

Page 15: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

means pass away till all things take place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will by no means pass away."

How do we understand what this parable is telling us?

Yruwshâláim, the fruitless fig tree

Fruitless Old Yruwshâláim (Judaism) is cursed like the fig tree to be divorced, for not recognizing His being YHWH in the form of YâHuWsHúa HaMaschiyach

The house of tribal Yâhuwthâ´h, having rejected YHWH, is now divorced and the Phrushíym became their leaders by default. This is reflected in their calling their religious leaders “Rabbi”. Adulterous Y’Isra’al (Hellenist Christianity) will also

be forsaken when they all reject Him before the 6th seal judgment.

MattithYâ’huw 23: 37.

Yruwshâláim, Yruwshâláim, who kills the predicators and stones those who have been sent to you, how often would I have gathered together your children,

in the way a hen gathers together her brood under her wings, but ye did not wish it!

MattithYâ’huw 23: 38.

Look! Your divorced house is deserted to you!

Yshá`Yâhuw 27: 10

Because the fortified city [old Yruwshâláim] is a solitary habitation, divorced [MattithYâ´huw 23: 37-39] and abandoned like the uninhabited land. There a

calf [the image of the beast (compare Exodus 32: 8)] grazes and there he squats and he terminates her branches: The flock that dwelt there shall be given up, to be a forsaken flock, and much time shall pass for them without pasture or rest.

What happens to this city seems to parallel the judgment on Babylon (Rev. 18:2). It probably refers to the "united city" of v. 1. YHWH tells Y’Isra’al, do not

hesitate to destroy its images, because it is a has-been anyway. The calf: a description of the repentant Efrayim in Yirmeyahu 31:18.

Yshá`Yâhuw 27: 11.

And after a time, there shall be nothing green at all within it. Due to the withering, when her twigs are dry, they are broken off, women [the deceived

Page 16: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

who take orders] come from a goddess and make fires with them [burn them at the stake ], because this is not a people of understanding; for this, their Maker does not have compassion on them and their Creator does not show favor to

them.

broken off: Paul appears to be alluding to this in Romans 11 when he says the grafted-in branches could yet be broken off. What has come to be known as the

"Church" comprise the large part of the branches grafted in, but Paul warns that, if they bear no fruit, they have no more guarantee of remaining in YHWH's

"tree" than those who were previously broken off for unbelief. A people of no discernment: describes Y’Isra’al in 1:3; Deut. 32:28; Yirmeyahu 8:8; Hos. 4:6. Those who think their salvation is only about a "personal relationship" rather than something much larger--the whole house of Y’Isra’al and YHWH's own

benefit--will miss being treated with the mercy He promised to again have on Efrayim. But here perhaps the description of being is transferred to the

"politically correct" of the New World Order (Leviathan) that avoids any hint of "discrimination" or any attempt to determine the truth because everyone's opinion must be represented. Once Y’Isra’al was called "Lo-Ammi" (not My people) and "Lo-Ruhamah" (Not Pitied), but YHWH has reversed this (Hos. 1:10), and now it is the ones who counted on "grace" who will be "Lo Am-Binoth" and "Lo-y'Rahamenu"; He uses the same terminology, without the

personal relationship.

MattithYâ’huw 23: 39.

And I say it to you because ye will not discern Me from now on, until ye shall say:

Blessed is the One coming by the name of YHWH!

We from the House of YHWH bless You!

Tehillim 118: 26

[ (repeated 6 times in the Messianic Scriptures - 7 times in all.)

Mattiyahu 21:18.

And early in the morning, coming back into the city, He hungered,

Page 17: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

Mattiyahu 21:19.

And seeing one fig tree by the way, He came upon it, but found nothing on it except leaves only; so He says to it: “Nevermore let there be fruit from you unto

the age. ”And the fig tree dried up immediately!

Mattiyahu 21:20.

And seeing it, the pupils wondered, saying: “How did the fig tree immediately dry up?”

Mattiyahu 21:21.

And responding, Yâhuwshúa` said to them: “’Âmë´n (Certainly) I say to you, if ye have persuasion and do not withdraw from it, not only shall ye do the miracle of

the fig tree, rather even if to this mountain ye should say

‘You be taken away and be cast into the sea!’ it shall come to pass.

Mattiyahu 21:22.

And all things whatsoever ye may ask in prayer, entrusting it, ye shall receive.”

and Márquwç that also incorporates a fig tree as the central focus:

Márquwç 11:11

And Yâhuwshúa` entered into Yruwshâláim and into the temple, and having looked around at everything, and as the hour already was late, He went

out unto Bëyth-`Aníy with the twelve.

Márquwç 11:12.

And at daybreak, when they had gone out from Bëyth-`Aníy, He hungered.

Márquwç 11:13.

And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, He went if perhaps He would find anything on it. And having come upon it, He found nothing except leaves, for it

was not the season of figs.

Márquwç 11:14.

And Yâhuwshúa`, responding, said to it: “Let no one eat any more fruit from you for the ages.”

And His pupils heard.

Page 18: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

This event took place just before the Passover festival around the beginning of April. To understand the true meaning of this event, it is necessary to be

familiar with the annual fruit cycle of the Sacred Land fig tree:

Two crops are gathered; the first is ripe about June and grows from the midsummer shoots of the previous year, while the second, ripe about August, is produced from the new spring shoots. By December all figs in the mountainous

areas have shed their leaves, and new leaf buds appear only in March

(cf. Mt. 24:32 par.),

So when these things begin to come to pass, take heart and raise up your heads, because your redemption draws near. But from the fig tree, learn the

parable: when its branch is already become soft, and it sprouts forth the leaves, ye recognize that the qáyits (harvest) is near.

When the tiny figs appear simultaneously in the leaf axils. The figs grow to about the size of a small cherry, and then the majority fall off . . . In April and

May the fig leaves develop and the fruit reaches maturity about June . . . Frequently, ripe winter figs can be found, hidden by leaves, when the summer

figs are growing in August and September.

(p. 302, vol. 2, "Fig; Fig Tree," The International Standard Bible Encyclopedia)

Fig trees in the Sacred Land put on figs twice during the year, in early June and at the end of August. YâHuWsHúa, having been raised in this area, would

surely have known this. Why then would he curse a fig tree in late March or early April for not having figs when Mark clearly states that it was NOT the time

for edible figs to be found?

Is there more to this story than first meets the eye?

As with many things that YâHuWsHúa did during his ministry, this incident was intended to fulfill and explain prophecy. Most commentators rightly

understand that this parable was a symbolic condemnation of the Raukhually barren Jewish nation of Yâhuwshúa’’s day (which was a reflection of the

Raukhually dead Jewish leadership). But what remains generally unrecognized is that this event helps explain the meaning of the fig tree parable given shortly

thereafter by YâHuWsHúa and explains why the Jews as a whole have not accepted him even to this day.

As can be seen in the book of Yo’al, the fig tree is symbolic of the INHABITED LAND of Y’Isra’al:

Page 19: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

Yo’al 1:6

“Because a nation has come up over My Land, vast and innumerable, its teeth the teeth of a lion and having the fangs of a roaring lion.

Nation: the locusts may be a picture of an actual nation that will overrun the Land if Yehudah does not repent. The reference to a lion suggests Babylon, for

that was its symbol.

Yo’al 1:7.

“It has rendered My vine an appalling waste, and splintered My fig tree, stripping it completely bare and tossing it aside; its [intertwining] branches

have been made white.

My vine…fig tree: both prophetic idioms for Y’Isra’al.

Yeshayahu 5;

I will sing now for My beloved One, the Song of My Beloved, for His vineyard: ‘There was a vineyard belonging to My beloved One on a richly fertile hillside.

And He tilled it and He cleared it of stones, and He planted it with a choice species of vine; and He built a watchtower in its midst, and also He hewed out a

winepress in it, and He waited for it to produce grapes, but it produced worthless stinkberries. ’So now, O inhabitant of Yruwshâláim and man of Yâhuwthâ´h, Decide now between Me and between My vineyard: What remained to be done for My vineyard but I did not do in it? How was it I

awaited it to produce grapes but it produced stinkberries? And now I will make known to you (plural) now what I am doing to My vineyard: its hedge is being

taken away and it shall be burned; its wall is being broken down and it shall be trampled; And I will make it a wasteland. It shall not be trimmed, it shall not be

hoed, and briers and thorns will spring up, so to the clouds I will command against them raining on it, Because the Vineyard of YHWH of hosts is the house of Y’Isra’al [currently Christianity], but the man of Yâhuwthâ´h is the plant of

His delight, so I waited for justice, but here is bloodshed; for righteousness, but here is a cry of distress!” Hówy to the ones abutting houses to other houses,

who adjoin fields to other fields until there is no room, to make yourselves dwell by yourselves in the midst of the Land! In my ears YHWH of hosts swore, “For

though many houses shall be built, large ones and good ones shall become deserted from there being no inhabitant, Because ten yokes (acres) of vineyard

will produce one Bath (~6 gallons), and the seed of one Chómer (heap) will produce one ’Ëyphâ´h (bushel).”

Page 20: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

Y’Isra’al (Christianity), Raukhually drunk on the wine of Bâvél

Hówy to ones who rise early in the morning to pursue intoxicating drink, ones who stay up late in the night so wine will inflame them! And at their drinking

parties there is a harp and a guitar, a timbrel and a flute, and wine, but they do not consider the actions of YHWH, and they do not look at the work of His

hands. “Therefore My people are removed into exile, for lack of recognition of YHWH, so their honor is dying of starvation and their multitude is parched with thirst. Therefore Sh’ówl enlarges herself and gapes her mouth limitlessly, and

into her shall descend their prominent ones, and their multitude and their tumult, and the revelers.”

[Chanówkh 54: 12, 89: 26]

In those days shall the jaws of Sh’ówl be opened, they shall be immerged by it, and its destruction shall reach its peak; Death shall devour the sinners in the

presence of the elect.” I saw in that moment a crevasse that was opening in the midst of the earth, which was full of fire.

So mankind shall be bowed down, and man will become low, and the perspective of lofty ones shall be sunk down low. But YHWH of hosts shall be

exalted high by the justice, and the Power of the Pure One, He will show Himself pure by righteousness. And the sheep that were plundered will graze as the cow

pasture is theirs, and the lambs will consume the deserted ruins of the exiled fatlings. Hówy to the ones continuing to drag on the perversion with the

measuring-cord of the Lie, and [dragging] the Wickedness like the ropes of the wagon! The ones saying, “Let him hurry, let him do his deeds quickly, so that we may see, and let it approach and let the plan of the Pure One of Y’Isra’al come, so we may know it. ”Hówy to the ones saying to the evil “it is good”, and to the good “it is evil”, the ones construing darkness for Light and Light for darkness,

the ones who set bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter! Hówy to the ones who in their own perspective are wise, and pretend to be discerning. Hówy to the

heroes at drinking wine, and to the men mighty at mixing intoxicating drinks, who declare the wicked to be “righteous” as a consequence of a gift, yet who

reject the justification of the righteous ones from Him. Therefore, like tongues of fire consume stubble, and flame the straw, it will sink down their root like the

rot, and it shall be, even their flower will go up like the dust, because they refused the Law of YHWH of hosts and they spurned the Word of the Pure One of Y’Isra’al [Yâhuwshúa`].Concerning this, the anger of YHWH burns against His

people, and He is extending His hand against them, and He strikes them, and the mountains tremble and their corpses shall be like the refuse in the middle of

Page 21: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

the streets; During all of this, His anger is not receding, and His hand is still extended! So He raises the signal for the heathen (masses from afar, and He

whistles to them from the ends of the earth, and look! They come swiftly, hastily! There is not one exhausted and there is not one stumbling of them, they

shall not be drowsy and they shall not sleep and their waist belt shall not be loosened, and the laces of their footgear shall not be broken. Whose projectiles are piercing, and all of their weapons are cocked , the treads of their cavalry are reckoned like flint, and their wheels are like a whirlwind; Their roaring is like the

lion, and they roar like the young lions, and they growl and they grasp hold of the prey, and they secure them and there is no rescuer. And they will roar over

them in that day, like the roaring of the sea, and they look to the Land, but here is the darkness of the adversary; even the light of day, it will be darkened by

their clouds.

Hoshea 9:10

I found Efrayim like grapes in the wilderness; at first their fathers appeared to Me [to be] like the first-ripe fruits of a fig tree. [But then] they came to Ba’al-Pe’or and consecrated themselves to a shameful thing, and they became [as]

detestable as that which they loved.

Grapes in the wilderness: reminiscent of the great cluster brought back to Moshe from the Valley of Eshqol. (Numbers 13) He had great delight in them at first, like one who finds luscious fruit when very hungry. Ba’al-Pe’or: Where Bilaam had the Moavites seduce Y’Isra’al into idolatrous orgies. themselves: the same word as that of becoming a Nazirite; LXX, were shamefully estranged; Aramaic, attached themselves.

When the two are used together, it is usually an idiom speaking of safety and peacetime

Mikha 4:4;

But each man will sit under his [own] vine and under his [own] fig tree, and nothing will make them quake [from fear], because the mouth of YHWH

[Commander] of Armies has spoken!

His own: He will not be tending them for someone else, but will have his own supply. The vine and fig tree both require peacetime to produce fruit, for they

must be carefully tended, and their pruning takes time. YâHuWsHúa alluded to this verse in

Yâhuwchânâ´n 1:48-50.

Page 22: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

Nthan’a´l says to Him: “From where do You recognize me?” Yâhuwshúa` responded and said to him: “Before Phílippos called you, I regarded you being

under the fig tree.” Nthan’a´l responded and says to Him: “Rabbíy (my Captain)! You are the Son of the mighty One! You are the King of Y’Isra’al!” Yâhuwshúa` responded and said to him: “Do you believe because I said to you ‘I regarded

you under the fig tree’? You shall look at greater things than these:” By saying He had seen Nathan ’al “under the fig tree”, it told Nathan ‘al that He would be

there when this time of peace comes, and that He would be the Maschiyach who would sit on the throne in that Kingdom.

Zkh. 3:10

“‘In that day,’ declares YHWH [Master] of Armies, ‘each of you will invite his fellow to [come] under a vine and [to a place] under a fig tree.’”

Under a fig tree: This is what YâHuWsHúa was referring to when he said he had seen Nathan ‘al under the fig tree). He was saying that he had already seen him here in his Kingdom, where there is no guile. “Under one’s vine and

under one’s fig tree” is also an idiom for dwelling in safety which is clearly in the context of the Messianic Kingdom), because both require peacetime to tend

properly, as they ripen at different times and need constant attention to keep predators away. because one must be present at the time of the harvest for

both because the crops would be eaten by birds as soon as they are ripe if not picked. As such the fig tree is an idiom for the Kingdom

Yâhuwchânâ´n 1:47

Yâhuwshúa` saw Nthan’a´l coming towards Him, and says about him:

“Look! Truly a son of Y’Isra’al in whom there is no deceit.”

as foreshadowed by King Shlomo’s

1 Kings 4:25

And Yehu ah and Y’Isra’al dwelt safely, each man under his vine and his fig tree, from Dan as far as Be’ĕrshe a, all the days of Shelomoh.

White: the sappy heart of the fig tree is exposed by the locusts. This is the third layer from the surface. The buds—the hope for growth in the days to come—

would have to have been removed as well.

The Jews in the Sacred Land at the time of Yâhuwshúa’’s ministry were desperate to once again be in control of their own destiny instead of being a

Page 23: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

vassal state of a pagan empire. Because of the time period spelled out in Daniel's prophecy of the "70 weeks"

They were expecting their prophesied Maschiyach to arise at that time and throw off the chains of Roman rule.

Dan 9:24

. "He will enter with ease even into the richest of a magisterial district, and he will do what neither his fathers nor his fathers' fathers have done: scatter to them both plunder and possessions, and in regard to the strongholds he will

devise his plans, all the way up until [a particular] occasion.

With ease: or quietly, peaceably, being at rest. Huie writes, "Antiochus IV pursued a novel plan for gaining the Egyptian-controlled provinces. He moved

into the parts of the kingdom that were the richest. Then he did something that no other Seleucid king had ever done. Antiochus IV spread around some of the spoils from his war campaigns to secure the loyalty of the people. …He spent much on the public (I Mac. 3:30). It is even reported that he would go into the

streets and throw money to the citizens there. However, this was only the beginning of Antiochus IV's plan. Using his cunning, he visited Egyptian

strongholds to find out their power." He was making reparations to those he had overrun a few years earlier. Even the most wicked of rulers endeared

himself to the people because he co-opted a Torah principle: share the spoils even with those who have not fought. Pontius Pilatus used a Torah principle of washing his hands of guilt. In both cases, it worked even for them. The Torah is

that on which the world revolves; it works as well for the left hand as for the right. John Hulley records in Comets, Jews, and Christians how the inventions most beneficial to mankind have all come from places that at least partially

kept the Torah. Even Hitler used some of its principles and prospered for a time. Of course, it requires greater righteousness to get very far with it. Imagine how

the world would benefit if we walked in it 100 per cent! Y’Isra’al would be completely undefeated and could turn the whole world into a paradise, if we

stick to it over the long haul.

Dan 9:25.

"Then he will muster his power and his courage against the king of the south with a large army, then the king of the south will be incited to battle with a

large army and vast to the extreme, yet he will not remain firm, because they will devise plans against him.

Page 24: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

Huie notes, "In 170 BCE, when Antiochus IV felt secure about the state of his own kingdom, he decided to take Egypt by force in what came to be known as

the Sixth Syrian War. He regarded Ptolemy VI as a weak ruler and therefore not capable of successfully waging war against him. Antiochus IV was able to move

his army to the border of Egypt before he was met by the Egyptians at Pelusium, which is near the Nile Delta. The Egyptians had a large army arrayed against him there. Antiochus, risking death by riding into the midst of the battle

of Pelusium, ordered the Egyptians to be taken alive instead of slain. By this policy, he gained Pelusium and later took Memphis."

Dan 9:26.

"Even those who eat a portion from his [table] will break him in pieces, and engulf his army, and many will fall, mortally pierced.

Huie writes, "Ptolemy VI's army, although large, was not able to withstand Antiochus IV. In large part, this was due to the intrigues of Antiochus IV, who corrupted several of the Egyptian ministers and officers. This was one of the

main causes of the defeat of Ptolemy VI. Those who were in his confidence and possessed the secrets of the state betrayed him to Antiochus IV. For example,

Ptolemy Macron (also called 'Ptolemy the son of Dorymenes') had been appointed by Ptolemy VI as governor of Cyprus. However, sensing the young

king's weakness, he deserted to Antiochus IV, who made him governor of Coele Syria and Phoenicia." I.e., he paid off Ptolemy's advisors to obtain state secrets

and learn their weaknesses. He did not even pretend to be upright; he reveled in his nastiness.

Dan 9:27.

"And the hearts of both of these kings will be [inclined] to mischief, and over one table they will make deceptive promises, but it will not succeed, because

still the end is for an appointed time.

Mischief: literally, what comes from evil. They were plotting against each other even as they sat down to sign their treaty! Huie writes, "Due to the intrigues of Antiochus IV [mentioned in verse 26], the Alexandrians had

Page 25: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

renounced their allegiance to Ptolemy VI, and had made his younger brother, Ptolemy VII Euergetes, king in his place. While at Memphis, Antiochus IV and

Ptolemy VI had frequent conferences. Antiochus IV professed his great friendship to his nephew and concern for his interests, but his true plan was to

weaken Egypt by setting the brothers against one another. Conversely, Ptolemy VI professed gratitude to his uncle for the interest he took in his affairs. He laid

the blame of the war upon his minister Eulaeus, one the guardians appointed to watch over him after his father's death. All the while, Ptolemy VI sought to smooth over things with his brother Ptolemy VII so they could join forces

against their deceitful uncle, Antiochus IV." The end is for an appointed time: This may be in part a hint that there will be a second fulfillment of this

prophecy. But that they did not succeed is to our benefit; had they succeeded, the world's history would have turned out much differently and much worse.

When YâHuWsHúa arrived on the scene performing great miracles and preaching about the coming kingdom of YHWH, many Jews began to believe that he might be the messianic King that they were awaiting. By the time he

arrived in Yerushalayim just before the spring Feast of Passover, the messianic expectations of the Jews had reached a fever pitch. He was welcomed into the

city by the multitudes and effectively acknowledged as the long-awaited Maschiyach:

Mattiyahu 21:7-11

They brought the donkey and the colt, laid their clothes on them, and set him on them [cf. Zec. 9:9]. And a very great multitude spread their clothes on the

road; others cut down branches from the trees and spread them on the road. Then the multitudes who went before and those who followed cried out, saying: "Hosanna to the Son of David! 'Blessed is he who comes in the name of YHWH!' Hosanna in the highest!" And when he had come into Yerushalayim, all the city was moved, saying, "Who is this?" So the multitudes said, "This is YâHuWsHúa,

the prophet from Nazareth of Galilee."

The word "hosanna" in the above passage is the Greek transliteration of the Hebrew hoshi'ah, which literally means "deliver us" or "save us." This cry of the

Jews upon Yâhuwshúa’’s entry into Yerushalayim is a paraphrase of

Tehillim 118:25

Page 26: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

Save [hoshi'ah] now, I pray, O YHWH; O YHWH, I pray, send now prosperity. Blessed is he who comes in the name of YHWH! We have blessed you from the

house of YHWH.

By their use of the title "Son of David," the multitude of Jews who welcomed YâHuWsHúa into Yerushalayim on the back of the donkey colt showed their

acceptance of him as the prophesied Maschiyach. This was the primary reason why the duplicitous Jewish religious leaders felt it necessary to take him at night

before the Feast began, out of sight of the majority of the Jews gathered in Yerushalayim for Passover

Matt. 26:5;

But they said: “Not during the Feast Day (the 15th) , in order that there not be a riot among the people.”

When Yâhuwshúa` was 11, the Phrushíym got the power over the Tsthuwqíym to change the 14th day of ’Âvíyv scriptural observance of Phâ´çech and the first

day of unfermented bread to their false interpretation, of making the 14th a “Preparation Day” and celebrating the Phâ´çech on the 15th as their high

Shabbâ’th. In doing so, they killed the Lamb on the scriptural Phâ´çech high Shabbâ’th.

The morning after his triumphal entry was when YâHuWsHúa sought fruit from the out-of-season fig tree and cursed it for having none

Matt. 21:17-19;

And having left them, He exited from the city into Bëyth-`Aníy and passed the night there. ’Âvíyv Yruwshâláim, the fruitless fig tree And early in the morning, coming back into the city, He hungered, And seeing one fig tree by the way, He

came upon it, but found nothing on it except leaves only; so He says to it:

“Nevermore let there be fruit from you unto the age.”

Mark 11:12-14

And at daybreak, when they had gone out from Bëyth-`Aníy, He hungered. And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, He went if perhaps He would find

anything on it. And having come upon it, He found nothing except leaves, for it was not the season of figs. And Yâhuwshúa`, responding, said to it: “Let no one

eat any more fruit from you for the ages.”

He did not curse the fig tree because he truly expected to find fruit on it. Rather, he used the barren fig tree to prophesy about the Raukhual fate of the

Jews and the physical fate of the Sacred Land.

Page 27: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

There is a common misconception among many that the Jews chose of their own free will to reject YâHuWsHúa as the Maschiyach. Yet the New Covenant (NT) clearly states that YHWH blinded the majority of Jews and hardened their

hearts against YâHuWsHúa:

Yâhuwchânâ´n 12:37

Yet though He had performed so many signs in their sight, they did not believe

on Him,In order that the statement of Yshá`Yâhuw the predicator might be

fulfilled, which he said: (O YHWH,) “Who has believed our report? And to

whom has the Sowing Arm of YHWH been revealed?” Because of this, they

could not be persuaded, because again Yshá`Yâhuw said: “For the heart of this

people has grown thick, and they do hardly hear with the ears, and they have

shut their eyes, lest they should see with their eyes, and with their ears they

should hear, and their heart should understand, and they should return to Me

and I should cure them.”

Yshá`Yâhuw 53: 1

Who has stood [his ground] on our report? And upon whom has the Arm of YHWH been uncovered?

Uncovered: or revealed. It was meant to have been to all nations.

52:10

YHWH has uncovered His set-apart Arm for the eyes of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth will see the deliverance of our Aluahiym.

Uncovered: or laid bare. That it is set apart suggests something we do not normally see Him use—and it will astonish the nations. Is this saying He will

pull the religion back out of the way and reveal that the Torah is not so complicated after all? That without all the added paraphernalia, it is still

adequate to meet all the needs of the world—and even more so when we see it as it really is?

Yet while Gentiles marveled at it, many in Yehudah itself faltered over whether it was trustworthy.

Yâhuwchânâ´n 12:38-39

In order that the statement of Yshá`Yâhuw the predicator might be fulfilled, which he said: (O YHWH,) “Who has believed our report? And to whom has the

Sowing Arm of YHWH been revealed? ”Because of this, they could not be

Page 28: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

persuaded, because again Yshá`Yâhuw said: “For the heart of this people has grown thick, and they do hardly hear with the ears, and they have shut their

eyes, lest they should see with their eyes, and with their ears they should hear, and their heart should understand, and they should return to Me and I should

cure them.”

Yshá`Yâhuw 6: 10

"Make the heart of this people fat, and their ears heavy, and smear its eyes

over, lest it [should] see with its eyes or hear with its ears, and make a

distinction with its heart, and repent, and someone [should] heal it."

Romans 11:7

Then what? What Y’Isra’al seeks for, this it did not obtain; but the chosen did obtain it, and the rest were made callous in their heart –According as it has been written: “For YHWH anointed upon you a Raukh of deep sleep, [and He tightly shut your eyes, the predicators, and He has covered your heads, the

seers.]” [But YHWH did not give unto you a heart to understand or] eyes to see or ears to hear unto this day:”

Deuteronomy 29: 3

. "the great acts of proof that your eyes have seen. Those miracles and wonders were great,

Acts of proof: The main reason for His miracles was not their comfort or even provision, though these were the effects, but so they would trust YHWH, to be testimonies in advance to His faithfulness, before they were asked to “sign on

the dotted line”. For Avram it was the other way around.

Yshá`Yâhuw 29: 10

Because YHWH has poured out upon you a Raukh of deep sleep, and will cause your eyes to be tightly shut. He has caused the prophets and your heads, the

seers, to be concealed.

Page 29: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

Raukh of deep sleep: insensibility, intense shock, dulled senses; Aramaic, "deception". The original Hebrew uses the same word as for the "deep slumber"

that YHWH brought over ‘Âthâ´m when He wished to create Chauwâ´h

Here is needed a bit of clarification

Ber 1:26.

Then Aluahiym said, "Let Us make ‘Âthâ´m in Our image, according to Our

likeness--and let them rule over the fish of the sea, and the birds of the heavens,

and the beasts, and all the earth, and all the living things that crawl upon the

earth."

The Image ( Âthâ´m) is from the word

( he carried within him self the X and Y chromosomes has a DNA)

(Ish) was made in YHWH’s image (ṣelem) and likeness (dĕmût) which is then explained as his having dominion over YHWH’s creation as vice-regent

Sin change all now we see is ‘Âthâ´mah

(Ber. 2:21);

So YHWH Aluahiym caused a deep numbing to fall upon the ‘Âthâ´m , and he fell asleep. And He took [out] one of his ribs [sides]. Then He closed up the flesh

in its place.

’Âthâ´m and Chauwâ´h

Luk_20:34

And יהושע answering, said to them, “The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage,

Sin separated man and woman

Now we have

Luk_20:35

but those who are counted worthy of attaining that age, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are they given in marriage,

In Romans 11,

Page 30: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

Paul quotes this verse and explains how He again uses this method to produce a bride by "putting Y’Isra’al to sleep"!

Compare

1 Sh'muel 26:12;

Yochanan/John 11:11ff;

1 Thess. 4:14.

What then? Y’Isra’al has not obtained what it seeks; but the elect have obtained it, and the rest were blinded. Just as it is written: "YHWH has given

them a Raukh of stupor, eyes that they should not see and ears that they should not hear, to this very day."

It was not the appointed time for the fig tree YâHuWsHúa encountered to yield its fruit. In like manner, it was also not the time for the Jews to recognize their Maschiyach. YâHuWsHúa symbolized this prophesied blinding by YHWH with

his curse of the fig tree.

In our English translations, it appears that the fig tree was cursed to NEVER again bring forth fruit:

Mattiyahu 21:19

Spotting a fig tree by the road, he went up to it but found nothing on it except leaves. So he said to it, "May you never again [eis ton aiona] bear fruit!" and

immediately the fig tree dried up.

Mark 11:14

In response YâHuWsHúa said to it, "Let no one eat fruit from you ever again [eis ton aiona]." And his disciples heard it.

Yet a closer examination of the Greek phrase eis ton aiona shows that the English translations obscure what YâHuWsHúa really said. The preposition eis

is often used regarding time to mean "to" or "until." The article ton simply means "the." The noun aiona is a form of aion (transliterated into English as

"eon"); this word means "a segment of time," or an "age." Therefore, the phrase eis ton aiona literally means "until the age":

Mark 11:14

In response YâHuWsHúa said to it, "Let no one eat fruit from you until the age [eis ton aiona]." And his disciples heard it. (literal)

Page 31: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

Until what "age" was YâHuWsHúa symbolically cursing the Jews to unfruitfulness? Undoubtedly he was speaking of the age which most Jews at

that time were imminently expecting:

the age of the Jewish Maschiyach's rule over the entire world from Yerushalayim.

The fig tree incident was designed to show that the Jews would not produce Raukhual fruit until the Maschiyach comes to usher in the kingdom of YHWH

upon the earth.

This messianic age was prophesied by many of the Old Covenant prophets. The writings of Zechariah include numerous revelations about the Maschiyach

during both his first and second comings. The following prophecy shows that the divine blindness will be lifted and the Jews will recognize their Maschiyach

AFTER he saves them and Yerushalayim from an attack by the nations:

ZECHARIAH 12:8

In That Day, YHWH will surround the inhabitants of Yerushalayim with a protective covering, so that the feeblest among them on That Day will become like David, and the House of David will be like Aluahiym—like the messenger of

YHWH in their presence.

The House of Dawyid includes the Maschiyach, who is indeed “like Aluahiym” (the very status ‘Âthâ´m had been offered the wrong way to achieve but which

YâHuWsHúa achieved the right way), and whose title often is

“the Messenger of YHWH”.

ZECHARIAH 12:9.

“And what will take place on That Day is that I will search for, in order to destroy, all the Gentiles that come against Yerushalayim.

I will: Yet when He said He would drive out the inhabitants of Kanaan, He made it possible but told the Y’Isra’alites to do the physical driving out. It may

be the same in this case.

ZECHARIAH 12:10

. “And I will pour out on the House of David and on the inhabitants of Yerushalayim a spirit of acceptance and of begging for favor, and they will show regard to Me, the one they have pierced through, and they will mourn for Him

Page 32: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

as one laments for an only son, [to the point of] being in bitterness over Him like the bitterness over a firstborn.

Over a firstborn: This is the ultimate in weeping. YâHuWsHúa is indeed called the “firstborn”.

Luke 2:7;

Rom. 8:29;

Col. 1:15, 18;

Heb. 11:28; 12:23

This is the prelude to both houses of Y’Isra’al choosing one king to rule over both. Interestingly, while it was the tribe of Yehudah that first crowned

Yâhuwshúa’’s ancestor David, Yehudah was the last tribe to accept him back after the rebellion of Avshalom, who is a picture of the Counterfeit Maschiyach.

(2 Shmuel 2:4; 19:11)

ZECHARIAH 12:11.

“In That Day the mourning in Yerushalayim will become as great as the mourning of Hadad-rimmon in the plain of Megiddo.

Hadad-Rimmon: a place named after two Syrian deities. It was here that there was a national lamentation for the righteous king Yoshiyahu, who was killed while needlessly meddling in the battle of Pharaoh Nekho, who was simply

passing through the Land.

2 Kings 23:29-30

Khelev [choicest] the son of Baanah [in poverty] the Netofathite, Ithai [with me] the son of Rivai [pleader with YHWH] from Giv'ah of the sons of Binyamin, Netofah was a town in Yehudah. thai was from King Sha'ul's hometown.

Benayahu [YHWH has built] the Pirathonite, Hiddai [for the rejoicing of YHWH] from the river-valleys of Gaash,

Above on the mountain of Gaash (in the land of Efrayim), Y'hoshua was buried. Growing up with this reminder of him constantly in sight may have been

what inspired Hiddai to such exploits.

The Plain of Megiddo is the area known as “Har-Megiddo” (from which the name Armageddon is derived).

Page 33: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

"In that day YHWH will defend the inhabitants of Yerushalayim; the one who is feeble among them in that day shall be like David, and the house of David shall be like YHWH, like the ENvoy of YHWH before them. It shall be in that day that I

will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Yerushalayim. And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Yerushalayim the Raukh of grace and supplication; then they will look on me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for him as

one grieves for a firstborn.

In that day there shall be a great mourning in Yerushalayim . . . "

The Maschiyach's revelation to the Jews will come AFTER he has saved Yerushalayim from the attack of Gog (i.e., the Antichrist) and his allies

(Eze. 38-39).

When they fully realize that the one they have rejected for 2,000 years is in fact the Maschiyach, there will be a great mourning among the Jews in

Yerushalayim and Judah over YâHuWsHúa.

The parable of the fig tree was designed to show us WHEN these prophesied events will take place. Since the fig tree cursed by YâHuWsHúa represented the

Jews in the Sacred Land, it stands to reason that the parable of the fig tree given the very next day would also have something to do with the Jews and the

Sacred Land.

And indeed it does!

The Jewish people were permanently dispersed from Yehudah by the Romans after their second revolt (132-135 CE), and a distinct Jewish nation ceased to exist. The Sacred Land became as a denuded fig tree during winter, devoid of leaves and fruit (i.e., its people). Yet this symbolic fig tree began to bud out once again when the modern nation of Y’Isra’al was revived in 1948 CE.

As we saw earlier with the description of the annual fruit cycle of the fig tree, when the tree begins to put forth leaves, tiny figs appear at the same time in

the leaf axils. This occurs at the beginning of spring, in late March. The figs are not ready to harvest until early June, about 70 to 80 days later. This fact is not devoid of meaning, for it confirms the time span of the generation mentioned

by YâHuWsHúa.

The Scriptures show conclusively that YHWH often employs the "day for a year" principle:

Page 34: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

NUMBERS 14:34

according to the number of days you explored the Land--forty days, each day corresponding to a year--you will bear [the weight of] your crookedness’s for

forty years, and you will be well aware of My alienation.

My alienation: from a root meaning "frustrating" or "hindering" (keeping them deliberately back from entering the Land). All He wants is the respect

and commitment of a mate who will take Him into consideration in every decision. When she does not, it is “measure for measure”—but it takes a whole

year to balance out a day of fear! It costs far too much to do things our own way

EZEKIEL 4:4

“Then you lie down on your left side and determine the punishment of the House of Y’isra’al on account of its [perversion]. The number of days that you lie

on it, you will increase their punishment.

EZEKIEL 4:5.

“Now I have designated for you the years of their punishment by the total number of days: up [to] 390 days you must raise Y’isra’al’s punishment.

Thus the length of time determined as the Northern Kingdom’s punishment was 390 years. So why has it never returned from exile? Two punishments had

been assigned to the House of Y’isra’al from which they needed redeeming, symbolized by the names of Hoshea's sons. (Hos. 1) The first was “no mercy”, and the second was “not being a people”. But He also said, “In the place where it was said to them, “You are not My people”, they shall be called “Sons of the Living Aluahiym.” (Hos. 1:10) Can you think of any people from every nation,

kindred, tribe, and people, who describe themselves as redeemed and are called “sons of Aluahiym”? (Hint: Yochanan/John 1:12; 1 Yoch. 3:2) Whomever fits this

description is where we will find Ephraim today. Paul said all of creation was eager for the time when it would be revealed who these "sons of Aluahiym" are. (Rom. 8:19) Remember the prodigal’s father, who had one son still at home, looking expectantly for his other son to return? Judah was still safe at home then, but though Yahweh had forsaken Ephraim “for a moment”, His heart

longed to have His "firstborn" back! So He says, "Declare it to the far-off coastlands that He who scattered Y’isra’al will regather him and watch over him

like a shepherd.” (Yirmeyahu/Jer.. 31:10) He said, I will send for many fishermen, and they will fish them out...for My eyes are on all their

journeyings..." (Yirm. 16:16) But first, He said, He would repay double for their

Page 35: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

sins. I.e., He would double their sentence. That brings us to 780 years. From the first overthrow by Assyria in 734 B.C.E., that comes out to 46 C.E., or if we count from the final overthrow in 722, then 58 C.E.—either way, right about the time Paul was saying, “I’m turning to the Gentiles!” But where did he look for those “Gentiles”? In synagogues! So these were people already feeling the call back to

the covenant. Before long, the Apostles were raving about how many were "returning to Yahweh from among the Gentiles". So why is there not a Northern

Kingdom today? Because there were two sentences running concurrently for Ephraim. The first ran out soon after Yâhuwshúa’’s day. Individuals from

Ephraim began responding to Him, and Hoshea's judgment of "no pity" was no longer in effect. But Leviticus 26 also says that if they would not repent, He’d increase their punishment seven times. Hoshea's other sentence--that of “not being a people”—a unified ethnic group recognizable as a nation--lasted 2,730 years from the time Assyria took Y’Isra’al into exile, and it was not up until right around 1996—or possibly 2008. Either way, we’re right in the thick of that time!

That's why the blinders are only now being removed from our eyes.

EZEKIEL 4:6.

“Then when you have finished them, lie down a second time, on your right side, and you will increase the House of Yehu ah’s punishment [as far as] forty

days—[in each case] I have made a day stand for a year to you.

There is a clear distinction made between the punishment of the two houses. Yehu ah’s exile was only now about to begin—only a few years after Ychezqa’l gave this prophecy, in 586 B.C.E. And some came back to Yerushalayim as soon as possible and rebuilt it and the Temple. (See Ezra and Nekhemyah.) But many others remained in Babylon since they were respected and even honored there.

The version of the Talmud considered most authoritative was not the one written in Y’Isra’al, but the one compiled in Babylon, meaning that the greatest scholars were still there, though they were free to return to the Land. The same is true in our day when the right of return is again in effect. Yirmeyahu set the sentence of this exile at 70 years (Yirm.29:10) So if we count the ten additional

years Ychezqa’l and some other exiles were there, we have the doubled sentence of 80 years. (See note on v. 5.) Yehu ah’s sentence was not

immediately multiplied by seven, as threatened in Lev. 26 to 280 years. But some 586 years later, in A.D. 70, we see Yehudah being exiled again. But there was no return 200 years later. Yehudah did not return until 1948—a full 1878

years later! Could it be that because of Yehu ah’s general rejection of Yahshua,

Page 36: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

it was multiplied seven times again? This seems to be the case, for seven times 280 is 1,960, which, when the originally-fulfilled 80 years is subtracted, is

1880—only two years different, which is explained by the errors that are known to have been made in determining the incumbent Gregorian calendar.

If we apply this principle to the fruit cycle of the Sacred Land fig tree, we get a corresponding time period of 70 to 80 years. If the parable of the fig tree

budding out represents the land of Y’Isra’al once again becoming home to a Jewish state, then we have 70 to 80 years before the fruit of this entity will be ripe. Is it possible that the Maschiyach intended for us to understand that the

culmination of YHWH's plan would take 70 to 80 years from the reestablishment of modern Y’Isra’al until the return of the Maschiyach and his

acceptance by the Jews in the Sacred Land?

2018 will be the (YEAR OF RIGHTEOUSNESS)

Not only is it possible, but Scripture shows it is very likely that this meaning is the intended one. As we discussed earlier, initial efforts to discern a time frame

from the fig tree parable failed due to the use of a 40-year generation. But what if that span of time wasn't the one intended by YâHuWsHúa? Is there another time frame given in the Bible for the length of a generation? There

most certainly is!

Tehillim 90:10

The days of our life are seventy years, or perhaps eighty, if we are strong; even then their span is only toil and trouble; they are soon gone, and we fly away.

Using a 70-80 year generation, we can see that the specified time frame for the fig tree to produce fruit is in the time frame of

2018-2027

(hence the Year of Righteousness)

After speaking the parable of the fig tree, YâHuWsHúa stated:

"Truly I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place."

Accompanying this event, the tribes of Judah, Benjamin and levi represented by the symbolic fig tree, will begin to bear Raukhual fruit after their acceptance of

YâHuWsHúa Maschiyach.

Page 37: YHWH is NEAR ( Parable of the Fig tree)

However, this event could come even sooner, because we are told that YâHuWsHúa must cut the time short at the end of this age in order to save

some flesh alive

Matt. 24:22;

And unless those days had been shortened by YHWH, there would not have any flesh been saved, but due to the selected, which He chose, those days shall be

shortened.

There is an element of uncertainty in the dating the YâHuWsHúa provided but a vital clue’s to the timing

Be ready even if the world won’t be

Mattiyahu 24:32.

So when these things begin to come to pass, take heart and raise up your heads, because your redemption draws near. ] But from the fig tree, learn the

parable: when its branch is already become soft, and it sprouts forth the leaves, ye recognize that the qáyits (harvest) is near. In this way also ye, when ye see all these things happening, recognize that the reign of YHWH is near, at the doors. ’Âmë´n (For certain) I say to you, in no wise will this age have passed

away, until all these things shall have happened. The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but indeed My Words shall not pass away. But concerning that Day and the hour, no human discerns, not even the envoys of the heavens, nor the

Son, except only My Father.

So as the days of Nóach, thus also shall the coming of the Son of ’Âthâ´m be.

For as they were in the days before the flood, eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage until the day when Nóach entered into the box (ark),And they

did not acknowledge Him, until the flood came and took all away; in this way shall also the coming of the Son of ’Âthâ´m be. Then two will be within the field, the one is taken, and the other one is left; Two women grinding at the mill, one

is taken, and the other one is left. For it is as a man going abroad from his people, leaving his house, and giving the authority to his bondmen, and to each

one his work, and commanded the doorkeeper in order that he should keep watch. Keep watch, therefore, because ye do not know in what hour your

Sovereign comes: after the close of day, or at midnight, or at cock-crowing, or dusk, lest coming unexpectedly, He should find you sleeping! And what I say to

you, I say to all: Keep watch!

praying in order that ye may be accounted worthy to escape from all these things which are about to come to pass, and to stand in the sight of the Son of

’Âthâ´m.

Yâshâ´r 6: 21

And they said to Nóach, “We are ready to return to YHWH; only open for us that we may live and not die.”

Be not blind to the truth

And, hinnei, two blind men sitting by the way side, when they heard that

YâHuWsHúa` passed by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on us, O YHWH, [thou]

that I shall do unto you they say unto Him, YHWH, that our eyes may be opened.

So YâHuWsHúa` had compassion [on them], and touched their eyes: and

immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed him.
