I hope this delegate booklet finds you well. It was prepared for you to get to know more about conference EBC 2013. During the EBC we will have a special service for thelunches of Saturday (everyone can choose 2 dishes) and Sunday (everyone can choose a type of pizza).The first lunch on the day of the arrival is not included in the payment so please bring the "pranzo al sacco" for the first day :)

How to reach the Venue

BY PLANE:From the arrivals area take bus n° 1 to the stop of Porta Nuova, then take bus n ° 9B in the direction of Bruntino. Before you get off the bus n ° 1 ask the driver where exactly is the stop for the bus 9B (directionPascoletto) to go to Mozzo.
BY TRAIN: Starting from the train station go straight on Viale Papa Giovanni XXIII for about 500 meters (see picture) and get to Porta Nuova, then take bus n° 9B in the directionof Pascoletto to go to Mozzo. See the following page for bus timetables.
Before you get off the bus n ° 9B ask the driver where exactly is the bus stop near the cemetery of Mozzo (Via Papa Giovanni XXIII, Via Fausto Radici). Walk for about 400 meters along Via F. Radici (as in the image). You have arrived at BES Hotel!

TO GO BACKThe last bus 9B from Mozzo to Bergamo (Porta Nuova) are at: 17,30 – 18,15 – 19,00So, all the delegates that take the bus have to leave the hotel before 19,00.
Then from Bergamo to the airport the last bus is at: 00.10
Travel will last almost 25 minutes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:- Buy tickets BEFORE you take the bus (you can not get them on board). At the airport and the train station you can buy them;- Buy the ticket for the outward and return;- For those who take the bus from the airport to ask the ticket for 5 zones. Specify that you have to get a Mozzo. The price of a ticket is 2.70 Euro (valid for 120 minutes);- For those who take the bus out of the train station to ask the ticket for 3 zones. Specify that you have to get a Mozzo. The price of a ticket is 2.10 Euro (valid for 90minutes);

Terms to cancel your prenotation
•Up to the 8th of September with a penalty of the 50% ofthe total.•From the 9th with a penalty of the 100% of the total.
