Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a sport involving the performance of exercises requiring physical strength,
flexibility, power, agility, coordination, and balance.
The Federation of International Gymnastics was founded in Liege in 1881. By the end of the
nineteenth century, men's gymnastics competition was popular enough to be included in
the first "modern" Olympic Games in 1896.Other gymnastic disciplines include:
trampolining, tumbling, rhythmic gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics

Vault
The vault is an event as well as the primary piece of equipment used in that event. The vault is a common to both men's and women's
Floor exercise
It occurs on a carpeted square, called a "spring floor. A series of tumbling passes is performed

Balance Beam
The gymnast performs a choreographed routine from 70 to 90 seconds , acrobatic skills, turns and dance elements on a padded spring beam
Pommel horse
A typical pommel horse exercise involves both single leg and double leg work.
TumblingIn gymnastics, tumbling, also known as power tumbling is an
acrobatic sporting discipline which combines some of the skills of artistic gymnastics on the floor with those of trampolining. It is practised on a 25 metre long
spring track.
