• it educates about healthful diets and how to monitor their hearts rates and pulses
GROUP ACTIVITY
• Execute per group the WALK, JOG and RUN once, then twice, then take a rest and repeat three time set.
Guide question:What do you feel before, during & after you perform the activity?
PERFORMANCE TASK• You will be given time to create your own exercise routine.
Plan your group routine and perform it next meeting.• Two routine for flexibility, one for muscle strength and one for
cardiovascular. Present your group output to the class.• You can be use any music you want that based on the rhythm
and timing of your exercise.
