Your account homepage displays the key things you need to access quickly and regularly.

Use the quick search to find a fundraiser or a donation.

Look at your progress bar to see what tools and features you could be missing out on!

Check out your statistics for a snapshot of your performance.

Reports

The reports area is where you can quickly view and download your JustGiving data, so you can keep track of how much you’ve raised and reach out to your new supporters.

Get detailed information on payments made to you from JustGiving.

Find out more about fundraising pages being created for your cause and direct donations you have received.

Add custom codes to your JustGiving data to make reporting easier.

See a quick total of the gross amount your charity has raised on JustGiving.

UK only – View payment reports split by currency and see Gift Aid analysis.

Fundraising tools

Never miss out on a new way to raise money with our latest set of fundraising tools.

Add an event and promote it to your supporters.

Set up a JustText code so people can donate by text (UK only).

Download ‘Donate’ and ‘Make a page’ buttons to put on your website.

Add donation prompts to help people understand the potential impact of their donations.

Brandings & settings

Think of this tab as your personal control centre – add your brand’s stamp to JustGiving, manage your email preferences and add new users.

Add your logo, description and social media profiles.

Customise fundraising pages with your brand colours.

Write a thank you message to anyone that gives to you or one of your fundraisers on JustGiving.

Create logins and manage existing users (for admin users only).

Edit your personal account details and save your email preferences.
