-Very low permeation - thanks to its unique seamless liner our permeation rate is as

low as 0,02 Ncm3/h/L-tank, tested with H2 at 700 bars. Minimum pressure required by EIHP (European Integrated Hydrogen Project) for composite cylinders was 1 Ncm3/h/L-tank. Today the European Directive 79/2009 requires 6 Ncm3/h/L-tank

test after a few years in used. Our oldest cylinder to be tested had been in service for 13 years. Its burst factor was similar to the burst factor of a new cylinder.

Short return on investmentFor the bulk, full trailers, we considered:

- your trailers run about 100 000 km per year- your freight cost per km is 1,5 Euro.

Using the previous data, we added up the cost of the initial investment, for the trailer, and the cost of freight for each option (your actual trailer vs our trailer).In both cases the total amount of gas delivered is the same. Cost break even after just about 18 months. After that time, you start saving on every trip you make with our trailer.Over the lifetime of the trailer (25 years), savings can reach up to 6 million Euro in freight only (we considered a fixed freight cost, but in reality this cost should raise due to higher gas price, thus increasing your savings…)
