Hybrid cloud architectures will
continue to dominate
enterprise cloud strategies.
Digital business strategies will
drive cloud strategies. Industry
clouds will be formed through
joint ventures or partnerships
between business enterprises
and one or more IT or cloud
service providers.
Cloud is the catalyst for
significant shifts in IT staff
talent priorities and datacenter
locations.

Breathing new life into clinical operations with
a CTMS accelerator and integrations
Sunovion, a global biopharmaceutical company with an
outsourced trial management model, needed a clinical trial
management system (CTMS). Perficient implemented a
pre-configured and enhanced version of a CTMS, in a
regulatory-compliant cloud. We built XML integrations with
Sunovion's CRO partners that populate the CTMS with
specific data points. We also developed a sophisticated
import tool that allows Sunovion to upload spreadsheet-
formatted output data from any other system into the CTMS.
The CTMS accelerator enables Sunovion to streamline the
tracking and management of data, reports, and other
business processes, while the automated data integration
process and approach to populate the sponsor CTMS with
CRO data improves efficiencies, reduces the chance of
errors, and frees up human resources. It also saves time
and money for all companies involved.

Increasing speed to market with the cloud
in just eight weeks Apollo Endosurgery acquired the Lap-Band System®
brand and faced an aggressive cloud-based CRM
migration timeline to be operational in just eight weeks.
Apollo relied on Perficient’s experts for a rapid
implementation that involved integration with eight critical
business systems. We built a new Lap-Band website in
just 60 days to help candidates find information and locate
specialists. The final solution delivers speed, agility,
sales and marketing efficiency and long-term success
with a cloud platform.
