A jury composed of experts in new technologies, media representatives, business and public institutions will receive the list of projects and an evaluation grid to note and select the winners.

The public as well will be able to vote on www.applicationsforbelgium.be for the "Audience Award" : a special prize for the most interesting ideas for the web.
