Introduction
Communication skills is vital when presenting to a pupils or to a business. People who needs to advertise their product to other businesses they need to have good verbal way of speaking to others.

Audience consideration In person one to one – this is mainly done in interviews so that
the interviewer can see your personality, true identity and see they way they speak
In person to an audience – they do this to see how the audience react to the speaker. The speaker needs to interact with the audience.
Over the telephone – this is also done to do interviews so that the interviewer can see the way you speak. Also when speaking to people you need to have good tone
Adapting content and style to audience
Varying your voice – the way you speaks changes such as talking to a big audience you will to loud so that everyone can clearly hear you.
Terminology – body language is important to see if they are actual bothered to the presentation.
Providing accurate information
When presenting something you shouldn’t give false information for example if you are presenting the new iPhone and you said it has 10gb but it actual has 8gb. You giving the wrong information would make buyers disappointed.
Techniques for engaging audience interest
When presenting you can engage the audience by asking if they got any questions
Use technology such as let them watch video
Highlight the benefits at the start presentation
Ensuring the message gets across
To get a message across when doing a presentation is to repeat the main points again

Interpersonal skills are the life skills we use every day to communicate and interact with other people, both individually and in groups. People who have worked on developing strong interpersonal skills are usually more successful in both their professional and personal lives.
Method of communicating interpersonally
Verbal exchange – when speaking to an audience or at a interview, you need to speak to them in a good manner like polite, kind and respectful way, instead of ignoring them.
Techniques and cues Body language – when in the interview you will know if they are
up or the job by the way the body language is. It is a way of non-verbal communication.
Paying attention and active engagement – always need to pay attention when someone tells you something and you need to take it on board such as your manager tells you something.
Positive and negative language – always need to talk in interview in a positive manner. You shouldn’t say negative language such as rude terms.
Communication in writing
Follow guideline and procedures – check the work make sense, if there is spelling mistakes, punctuation.
Identify key message in writing - your document is clear and need to get the message, also check if the grammar is correct.

Age – when presenting your tone needs to be different
IT knowledge – when presenting about IT, you need to know what are you talking
Culture or Country – the audience need to have a fluent understanding of English
Disability – if there is someone is deaf there will be need to be someone standing next to you giving sign language.

Time keeping – you don’t want your presentation too short and too long
Team working – need to work in team to solve a problem or if they need any help
Appearance – it is vital you look the part when at an interview. Looking smart for example, blazer, shirt, tie
