Create the Contest Details What are the start and end dates?
Does a specific time need to be listed? What are the rules? What
platforms will be used? What are the deadlines? How will the winner
be chosen? How will the winner be contacted?
Create the Message. Exactly what will be included in
theannouncement message? Times? Rules?Prize? How can you make the
message andcontest sound the most simple?
Determine timeline. Determine deadlines. Determine what days
the contested willbe promoted. Brainstorm creative ways to promote
thecontest and include them in the timeline. Determine when to
cross promote acrossall social media platforms.
Contest Advertising Will additional social advertising be used?
Will this be coordinated with text messagemarketing, email
marketing, videos orblogs?
Create Contest Graphics Determine which graphics need to
becreated. This usually requires a banner, alike gate, and a main
contest image. Be sure to follow rules and regulations forcertain
