How to get your organization started?

IBM offers to implement a BVA (Business Value Assessment)

This BVA gives you an overview of the value IBM's Service Automation solution

creates for particular your organization. As a results of the BVA you will receive

investment calculation that can be used for your business case and forward

looking decisions.

Process:

� We will pre-agree on goals and needs which should be adressed in the BVA.

� After having structured and processed the data collected, we will present

findings for all relevant stakeholders.

Time:

� Plan, resource requirements and cost will be known from the start.

� The BVA are performed by an IBM specialist and typically require 3-5 days of IBM

and 1-2 days of effort from you, where the final results are delivered within

approx. 2 weeks.
