Elite Expo Group was formed as professional expo organisers
(www.elite.com.my), company specializing in PEO activities for
international trade shows and exhibitions.

Inception of Company in 2007, Post production house for multimedia
and content development specializing in filming and post-
productions for TV and commercials. The production arm also serves
as subsidiary to Elite Expo Group in their events.
The Company decided to venture into mobile value added services
(VAS) provisioning contents to external mobile service providers.

2012
Elite Entertainment Sdn Bhd and Elite Mobile Global
(www.elitemobile.com.my) was formed to facilitate the sales of
mobile content such as videos and games to the market.
Succeeded in obtaining ASP license to operate dedicated
shortcodes for the market. Connected to Celcom, Maxis, DiGi and U-
Mobile. Elite Entertainment also expanded services to provide bulk
messaging connected to 500 operators worldwide.

Mid 2012
Pulze Platform and core technologies were developed to facilitate
onboarding of clients. The core products were PulzePay(Mobile
Payment and Developer Program), PulzeBulk (Bulk Messaging),
PulzeCP (3rd Party CMS Platform) and PulzeGate(Gateway Platform)

Early 2013 - 2014 New initiatives were started to penetrate telecoms services with

2014 - 2015
Collaboration through MOU with Huawei Technologies as their
strategic partner to develop mobile direct carrier billing (DCB) with
Celcom Malaysia. Under the memorandum, Elite will assist in drawing
CMCC China Mobile’s game partners to Malaysia with competitive
payout rates for all major telcos and express deployments for mobile
games. These games will also be sold and distributed via Huawei
Topsites Program, Celcom, Maxis, DiGi and U-Mobile connectivity.
