I receive Isabel's emails, and most of this info is contained there, for free. But, for only a few dollars, it was

cool to have a comprehensive synopsis. I've also read about (from other sources) and known about this

stuff for a while now, BUT reading Isabel's book somehow gave me a new "aha" understanding of this

material.

Why only 3 stars? I can't seem to print the meal pages, which is cumbersome to incorporating the info into

real life...and, I feel there is something more to her plan that is not contained in the book and that is not

what I was expecting.

I am looking forward to some quiet time to start reading Isabel's new book. I have had only success with her

past advice on nutrition and deeply believe that we are what we eat and we can be healthy by choosing the

right foods, and staying away from processed, packaged and non-organic foods. Her recipes are always

family favorites in our house.

I haven't had a chance to read the new book yet (Fat Burning Fuel) but I have read Isabels other diet books

and they have all been a good learning experience, I'm sure this will be too. Plus the bonuses that go with it.

I was expecting a book with newer or additional information, but it appears that most of this info is from

Isabel's previous material. It is a good synopsis of her studies and research, and I highly recommend it for

anyone who has not taken advantage of her other prior writings.

forward to trying the meal plans. It may take awhile as where I live not all products are accessible. What I

My Amazon Review : "Isabel's book has a lot of important nutritional information in it, and her informal

writing style makes it a dream to read.

While I already know most of the information intelelctually - her book helps alot on the motivational front -

her own story is used as an example, and you really get the feeling that she wants the best for people who

struggle with weight issues.

I gave her a 4 out of 5 only because I as said already knew most, if not all, of the information, as well as

their are some spelling errors that really should have been picked up. In one recipe, I think its the

macaroons, the amount of cocoa is omitted(there is no mention of cocoa in the ingredients list, but in the

isntructions she mentions the use, but not how much it should be), which will make it a bit of a hassle to

make. "
