What: Background
»Any future online service must provide a focal point for the FE and skills community where they can do single search across a range of content services to find relevant, ‘high quality’ content which is easy to reuse and for some practitioners, can be re-mixed.
»Without exception, the focus on ‘high quality’ content was seen as the overriding priority that would determine whether an online service would be used.
