FURNACES WITH A PORTABLE LADLE TO WORK UNDER PROTECTIVE GAS ATMOSPHEREFP 1100-1200-P

Definition: A ladle is a mobile muffle in refractory steel provi-ded with an inert gas inlet. The muffle is designed to be placed in a chamber furnace with the parts themselves arranged in the muffle. It is then possible to work with protective gas.Construction: The muffle is parallelepiped-shaped (with one hinged face closing by gravity), with a gas inlet (which also serves as a handle) and a mobile floor grid system on which the parts are placed. The mobile floor makes it easy to transfer the parts from the muffle to the quenching tank. Heating: The maximum temperature withstood by the muffles is 1100°C. Our muffles are available with our chamber furnaces for 1100°C, or 1200°C for more intensive use.Delivered with: Our packs are composed of a furnace able to receive a muffle, and protection for the heating elements to avoid any damaging contact between them and the muffle.Type of gas: Working with non-flammable gas (nitrogen, for-mer gas 92-8 etc.).Pneumatics: Our muffles are fitted with a valve to regulate the air supply. Type M16 connector.

Definition: Ofen mit beweglicher Schaufel für Arbeiten mit Schutzgas:Eine Schaufel ist eine bewegliche Muffel aus feuerfestem Stahl, die einenSchutzgaseingang hat. Die Schaufel dient zum Einschieben in einen Kammerofen. Die Teile selbst werden auf der Schaufel abgelegt. Danach ist es möglich, mit Schutzgas zu arbeiten.Konstruktion: Die Schaufel besteht aus einer rechteckigen Muffel (deren eine Seite mit Scharnieren durch Schwerkraft geschlossen ist), einen Gaseinlass (der auch als Griff zum Bewegen dient) und einembeweglichen Gitterrostboden, auf dem die Teile abgelegt werden. Mit dem beweglichen Boden können die Teile von der Schaufel leicht inein Kühlbecken bewegt werden.

Heizung: Die von den Schaufeln unterstützte maximale Temperatur beträgt 1100 °C. Unsere Schaufel können mit unseren Kammeröfen mit 1100 °C oder mit 1200 °C für eine anspruchsvollere Benutzung verkauft werden.Geliefert mit: Unsere Packs bestehen aus einem Ofen, der die Schaufel aufnehmen kann, aus einer Schaufel und einem Schutz der Heizung Gehäuse, um jegliche schädliche Berührung zwischen Gehäuse und Schaufel zu unterbinden.

Gastyp: Für Arbeiten mit nicht entzündbarem Schutzgas (Stickstoff, Formiergas 92-8).Pneumatisch: Unsere Schaufeln verfügen über eine Armatur, um denLuftstrom zu regulieren. M16-Verbindung.

HORNOS CON PALA EXTRAIBLE PARA TRABAJOS BAJO GAS DE PROTECCIONFP 1100-1200-P

Definición: Horno con pala extraíble para trabajos bajo gas de protección. Una pala es una mufla extraíble de acero refractario que incorpora una entrada de gas inerte. La pala está destinada a ser introducida en un horno de cámara, disponiéndose las piezas en la propia pala, de manera que se posibilite el trabajo bajo gas de protección.

Construcción: La pala está compuesta de una mufla paralelepípeda (una de cuyas caras, con bisagras, se cierra por gravedad), de una entrada de gas (que sirve a la vez de mango para maniobra) y de un sistema de solera con parrilla móvil sobre la cual se depositan las piezas. La solera móvil permite fácilmente el paso de las piezas de la pala hacia un tanque de temple.Calefacción: La temperatura máxima que soportan las palas es de 1100°C. Posibilidad de vender las palas con nuestros hornos de cámara1100°C o 1200°C para un uso más frecuente.Incorpora: Nuestros packs se componen de un horno que puedealbergar una pala, de una pala y de una protección de los cuerpos calefactores, para evitar todo contacto destructivo entre estos últimos y la pala.Tipo de gas: Trabajo bajo gas de protección no inflamable(nitrógeno, gas Formier 92-8). Neumático: Nuestras palas poseen un grifo para regular la llegada de aire. Racor empalme tipo M16.

Definizione: Forno a pala amovibile per lavoro sotto gas di protezione:una pala è una manopola amovibile in acciaio refrattario dotata di un ingresso di gas inerte. La pala è destinata ad essere infornata in un forno a camera, disponendo i pezzi nella pala. È poi possibile lavorare sotto gas di protezione.

Struttura: La pala è composta da una manopola a forma di parallelepipedo (un lato della quale, su cerniere, è chiuso per effetto della gravità), da un arrivo del gas (che serve anche da maniglia per la manovra) e da un sistema con fondo a griglia mobile sul quale si depositano i pezzi. Il fondo mobile permette di fare passare facilmente i pezzi dalla pala verso una vasca di tempra.Riscaldamento: La temperatura massima sopportata dalle paleè di 1100°C. Le nostre pale possono essere vendute con i nostri forni a camera da 1100°C o 1200°C per un uso più intensivo.Venduto con: I nostri pack sono composti da un forno che può contenere la pala, una pala e una protezione dei corpi riscaldanti per evitare ogni contatto distruttivo tra questi e la pala.Tipo di gas: Lavoro sotto gas di protezione non infiammabile (azoto, Formiergas 92-8?). Parte pneumatica: Le nostre pale hanno un rubinetto per regolare l'arrivo dell'aria. Collegamento di tipo M16.
