– ปรับปรุงแผนที่การใช้ประโยชน์อาคารให้เป็นปัจจุบันตามข้อมูลกำรรำยงำนกำรออกเลขรหัสประจ ำบ้ำน (ฝ่ายทะเบียนเขต)

- ติดตำมกำรเปลีย่นแปลงกำรใช้ที่ดินและอำคำรแบบเรียลไทม์

- เพ่ือวำงแผนและก ำหนดทิศทำงกำรวำงปรับปรุงผังเมืองรวมคร้ังต่อไปในอนำคต วำงแผนระบบสำธำรณูปโภคสำธำรณูปกำร
