Afternoon Session◦ Each team will create a pilot podcast (audio).

◦ One volunteer will do a 30-second video podcast.

◦ We will use Twitter to distribute to network.

◦ Final thoughts, observations, questions.

1. At Twitter.com log into TeamsTechnologywith this password: hiarts09

2. Each person in group posts one Tweet. (Use paper Tweet forms if you like)

1. Go to alerts.google.com

2. If you don’t have a Google account, set one up by clicking on “Create an Account Now.”

3. Enter your name or a topic to monitor.

4. Choose Comprehensive, set How Often you want to receive emailed alerts.

Audio or video shows which come to your computer via the Internet.

You can listen to them on your computer or in the car, on an iPod – whenever you like.

You can subscribe to a podcast, so new episodes automatically arrive on your computer via the Internet.

Each group will plan and create a podcast pilot episode that we will upload to the Internet.

When our podcasts are on the Internet, each group will prepare a Tweet letting our followers know where they can find it and share it with their friends.

1. Name your podcast.

2. Identify the target audience.

3. What will your podcast be about?

4. Identify speakers in podcast.

5. Rough out a one-minute script.

6. Let Len or Anthony or Darlene know when you are ready to record on iPhone with AudioBoo.
