Jonathan D. Ellsworth, VP Business Development has more than 15 years of BPO

experience within Business Development, Solution Development and Architecture. Jonathan

joined HGS in 2011 to answer its aggressive initiative of growing and driving new business

relationships. Since then, he has brought in many new business partnerships expanding HGS’

portfolio. He has lead support of such major corporations as Cisco, Microsoft, Xerox,

Windstream to name a few. Noted for crafting unique solutions that meet clients’ challenging

needs he is a valuable team member driving successful client relationships. Before joining

HGS, he highly contributed to the success of Sutherland Global Services supporting the entire

customer life cycle: from managing front-office solutions to being a lead team member

launching and building the back-office F&A practice. Jonathan is one of HGS most valuable

assets whom HGS relies on in its future operations to support our business partnerships and
