I’m not referring to solution or product training; I’m referring to training for the program team so that the entire team is coming at things from the same understanding. We chose AIIM because of the industry recognition it has in regards to providing knowledge evolving around Enterprise Content Management. Also we, as a company, have been in the process of transforming our Records Management Program and integrating it into our Enterprise Content Management Strategy.
