On May 14, XBOSoft, in conjunction with Chris Laney from Zenergy Technologies, and Charlene Woolley from Xpanxion, LLC shared their ideas on how to best recruit high-performing QA engineers. Chris has over twenty years experience in the IT industry with seventeen specifically in QA & testing and is a US Navy veteran and graduate of East Carolina University. Charlene manages a blended team of onshore, onshore and farm shore resources. With over 15 years of Quality Assurance experience, Charlene has worked in all areas of the Software Development Lifecycle process.
