Read the invitation carefully and have all documents ready

Environment:

Find a clean, plain wall without distracting elements

Add some lighting to your face so your face looks great

Dress as if you were having an in person interview

The color of your clothes should help you stand out from the background

Energy:

Adjust your web cam so you deliver good eye contact

Smile and convey positive energy during the video recording
