Fill in the page name and description.Position of page: Choose whether you want this page to appear as a top level page or as a sub-page under another page. The drop down menu will give you all the choices.

This is a top-level page with no sub-pages.

This page has two sub-pages. (You can tell by the down arrow on the top level page.)

If you want the page to be a link to another page, fill in the URL in the ‘Redirect URL’ field.

If you want to hide this page from the public until you are ready to publish it, check the ‘Hide this page’ button. You can make it public later.

Click ‘Create Page’

A new page has been created as a top level page.

You can decide whether you want to hide or show your profile box on the page.

You can reuse a page from another guide.

Go to ‘Add/Edit Pages’ and click on ‘Add/Reuse Page’.

Choose the ‘Reuse Existing Page’ tab.

From the drop down menu, choose which page you want to reuse.

The choices are from your own guides or from other guides.

If you are using a page from another guide, get permission from the author and acknowledge the author in your guide.

Choose whether you want this page to appear as a top level page or as a sub-page under another page.

Create a copy of this page rather than linking to the original. If you select this option, changes made to the original page will not affect this copy you are creating.

You can change the information on a page.

Go to ‘Add/Edit Pages’ and click on ‘Change Page Info’.

From the drop down menu, choose which page you want to change.

‘Page Name’ – fill in the new name for your page.

‘Description’ – fill in a new description for your page.

Save your changes

You can reorder pages.

Go to ‘Add/Edit Pages’ and click on ‘Reorder/Move Pages’.

…..Click on a page name and Drag it into the position you want.

…..click ‘Save Order’ then ‘Close’

Indicates how ‘Test Page’ is moved from the last page to the first page.

Use the drop down menus to choose and move a top-level page to a sub-page or promote a sub-page to a top-level page.

Click ‘Move Page’ and then Close’

To delete a page choose ‘Delete a page’ from the ‘Add/Edit pages’ drop down menu.
