Because it is always slipping away, the Internet is a frustrating research topic. Once you think you have a theory, something changes and you have to revise it. I presented this at the University of Oslo, Norway in 2002. I believe those in the room will remember I threw a chair into the audience...to illustrate that we must be prepared for change...
