Member Management

Once your Cluster has been set up, branded and some initial content uploaded, it’s time to add in your Cluster members.

The ‘Members’ section is divided into two categories, adding members and managing members

Quickly import up to 1000 members directly from a CSV file.

If the CSV file contains column titles, ensure the option ‘Ignore first line’ is checked.

A welcome email can be sent automatically to each member during import.

Members can also be added in-dividually to the Cluster, with-out requiring an import.

To send the welcome message immediately, check ‘Notify user of new account’ .

Welcome messages can also be sent later through the ‘Member Management’ section.

Requests to join must be ap-proved by a Manager before the user is allowed access to the Cluster.

If you do not want to allow external requests, this can be blocked in the Cluster Setup section.

Clusters hosted in an Industry Network - such as The Water Network - can invite members to join directly. Search by first or last name, add to the invite list, and send an invitation.

Users who accept will become members of the Cluster.
