• Change Management- Support shall be provided to the LA and schools to implement the transition to

maximise the BSF investment.

• Operational Training- Provide technology training for teachers ,school staff and others who support

learners.

• Curriculum Training for teachers and other relevant staff.

- School workforce should develop their confidence and professional effectiveness

• Administrative Training for teachers and other relevant staff

- Develop a training plan to ensure staff are confident in their use of ICT to assist with administration and management tasks
