The problem

• Farmers lack of information access in collective community agribusiness and national saving federal

• No information center where farmers able to share problems and information

• Farmers have very limit knowledge for using mobile/smart phone and Internet

• Farmers access online database through mobile/smart phone to explore progress of collective fund individually and nationally

• With mobile/smart phone, farmers can check progress and balance of saving capital and interest everywhere and whenever

• Using sms, farmers are able to share their need as well as needed information between community and central information center

• Not started, but we (CEDAC) are learning from existing experiences and new technology.

• Shareholders, including farmers and staff are likely to access these information.

• We have not found resource person/ institution to develop online neither database nor information center yet.

• Developers who can develop online database for collective agribusiness and saving federal

• Develop Font Khmer for usual cell phone that farmers can afford

• Technicians/those who experience in central information center to share and support on this area
