Reporting Changes

• New Custom Fields tab has selectable fields that can be added

• Up to four fields can be added to the report

• Customization added to the following reports:– Constituent List by Attribute– Donor List– Donor List by Attribute– Activity List– Activity List by Section/Row– Activity List by table

Choice of name type on donor statement

• Allows for the user to specify which name type should appear on the Donor Statement

• A type can be chosen that may not exist for all constituents, for example:The type of Formal is chosen, but some of the selected constituents do not have a Formal nameFor those constituents without a Formal name

• Upgrade Downgrade in Annual Donors

• Has the ability to compare the quantity of donations made from the past year to the current year, reflecting increase or decrease in the number of donors.

Long Term Value of Donors Acquired

Produces a five year summary of giving trends for a selected group of newly acquired donors.

Includes yearly renewal statistics on total number of gifts, total amount given, average amount given, average number of gifts per donor, percent of original donors responding, percent of donors giving multiple gift, percent never giving a second gift, yearly renewal performance and the long term dollar value of acquired donors.

Summary

• With release 9.0 we are making steps toward more customizable reporting in Sage Fundraising 50 – we have added optional fields to several current reports.

• We have also created two new standard analytical reports adding a new dimension to reporting in Fundraising 50.

• We are continuing to solicit and collect information from you on what you would like to see available in future versions of Sage Fundraising 50.
