1. Opening of yards, liaison with Consignment Agents for Yard activities, Preparation of Agreement for Consignment Agent, and Selection of place for yards.

2. Taking Approval from Central Excise/ State Commercial Tax/ Service Tax department. and submission of Excise/sales tax/ service tax return. Collection of Form-F. Liaison with Central Excise/Sales Tax /Service Tax for registration and other activities.

3. Arranging vehicles from all the yards of all zones to various different places in India. Price biding and liaison with transporters.
