Okay so this it where almost done now that your educated about mp3 files and RSS files now you need to know what equipment is needed.

1. Of course your going to need a microphone you can either buy one there about $6- $20 dollars

2. Make sure the volume is clear and easy to understand

3. Save it as mp3 format

Launch iTunes make sure you have an account

Go to iTunes store, then podcasts home

In the learn more part click submit

Follow the instructions making sure you have your RSS just click and add

Congratulations your now part of the many people who have easily done a podcast and are now sharing there beliefs to the rest of the iTunes using world.
