Main imageThe main image is of the lead singer out of the group arctic monkeys, because the larger image always corresponds with the main article, this image has sharp contrast as the background is bright white and the image is quite dark in areas making it stand out to the audience, to read this article and even thought the image is not showing direct address the audience still knows who the person is in the picture. This picture is layered over font and overlapped with puffs which draw more attention to the picture as it tells you its the main cover story.

MastheadThe logo and the name of the music magazine has been place in the corner of the page smaller than it was on the front, which makes it seem more subtle because on the front cover its designed so that the reader is aware of what magazine they are reading, also this bold white font is unique to this specific magazine which continues through the magazines font. The red and the white are the symbolic to this magazine because they are the colours they use on every Q magazine.
