Learn how to make orecchiette, pasta in the shape of little ears, focaccia bread, panzerotti (little deepfried folded pizzas),traditional liqueurs and many more typical recipes.Each lesson is held by a native chef using only seasonal and local products; you can have a 2 hours lesson or a full course with apron and certificate at the end.
