Why we Choose Fiji Lautoka!Febe: The nature of Fiji has interested me for a long time and now this opportunity has come up I am pleased to take it!!!The tropical feel of Fiji is amazing and on google maps when we (Holly and I) found Lautoka in Fiji we were automatically attracted! When we found out that there was only one hotel available we decided to just take it!! Our hotel is even in the
city centre!! Holly: Fiji is my dream destination because the tropical
nature seems amazing and it sounds so great I will pleasefully take the chance to enjoy it!! When we saw
Lautoka we definitely wanted to go there. The Sunsets and beaches look amazing from images we've seen. In fiji theres
also lots of amazing activities for us to enjoy on our holiday!!!
What Interested Both Of Us Together To Go To Fiji!
Also Fiji was a place where we knew we could go on a cruise so thats another reason we
were sure to go to Fiji! Together we think we can get a lot out of a vacation to Fiji and we are over the top excited to see how it goes!
Also fiji is so tropical it will be amazing to stay for a holiday.

Fantastic Frangipani!
Here is a beautiful frangipani right in the
middle of our beautiful, luxurious Tanoa waterfront hotel where we’re staying
in Fiji Lautoka.
Vegetation!Coconut tree - In Fiji Coconuts are a big thing! As coconuts sway
along the beautiful white sand beaches people drink their creamy milk and enjoy the tropical feel of Fiji whilst relaxing in the shade the
Coconut tree’s create you!
Frangipani - Most familiar in their white and yellow form, they also come in loads of tropical and sunset colours, becoming more
colourful the closer to the equator you go. Frangipanis are also tough plants that can survive neglect, heat and drought and still fill the
garden with a wonderful scent.
Palm tree - Palm tree’s are always swooshing around by beaches and look amazing with a sunset behind them! Photographers in Fiji
generally focus on Palm trees when taking photo’s around Fiji and have fun taking the scenes in!
Landform’s!In Fiji the tropical islands don’t really have any
landforms but they do have an awesome coral reef named the “Great Astrolabe Reef!” This is the
Reef thats described as one of the world’s most premium diving places with a mixture of different
colour and shaped corals! The outer reef falls steeply 30m, followed by gentle sediment and
rubble covered slopes to a depth of over 60m! On the 4th of October 2011 a ship named the Rena crashed into it and some remains of the ship are
still there but most of it was taken away!
Climate!
Fiji has a warm tropical climate perfect for beachside holidays. Maximum temperatures rarely
move out of the 31°C to 26°C range all year round. Southeast trade winds from March to November bring dry weather and the rainy season runs from December to April. On average there are 15
cyclones per decade, and two to four actually cause severe damage. They occur from November to April
and with greatest frequency in January and February. There is
more risk in the outlying northwest island groups.
