About the destinationJordan, is an Arab kingdom in Western Asia, on the East Bank of the Jordan River, andextending into the historic region of Palestine. Dead Sea• The Dead Sea "Sea of Salt", This salinity makes for a harsh environment in

which animals cannot flourish, hence its name. The Dead Sea is 50 kilometres (31 mi) long and 15 kilometres (9 mi) wide at its widest point.[1] It lies in the Jordan Rift Valley, and its main tributary is the Jordan River.

• Dead Sea has attracted visitors from around the Mediterranean basin for thousands of years. Biblically, it was a place of refuge for King David. It was one of the world's first health resorts (for Herod the Great), and it has been the supplier of a wide variety of products, from balms for Egyptian mummification to potash for fertilizers. People also use the salt and the minerals from the Dead Sea to create cosmetics and herbal sachets.


Wadi Rum• Wadi Rum is a valley cut into the sandstone and granite rock in southern

Jordan 60 km (37 mi) to the east of Aqaba; it is the largest wadi in Jordan.• To reflect its proper Arabic pronunciation, archaeologists transcribe it as Wadi

Ramm.


Suggested itinerary (3 nights) • Day 1 : Arrival to Amman, free Visa upon arrival , transfer to the Hotel in Amman for check in, Lunch based on the timing of the flights,

dinner at the hotel , overnight at the hotel .

• Day 2 : Breakfast at the Hotel, Transfer for a city tour of Amman showing old and new parts for the capital, then to the Dead sea to enjoy floating at the lowest point on earth and the dead sea mud, lunch at the Dead sea spa hotel, back to Amman , Gala dinner.

• Day 3 : Breakfast at the hotel in Amman, full day excursion to Petra, lunch at al Qantara restaurant in Petra, back to Amman , Dinner at the hotel and overnight .

• Day 4 : check out from the hotel, depending on the flight timings we might visit the Royal car Museum that has the old classic cars of the Royal family , lunch at an Indian restaurant, transfer to the airport for departure .
