You might experience Acute Mountain Sickness and Oxygen deprivation while traveling in Spiti & Ladakh. If you reach these

places by air you need minimum 24 hours to get acclimatized. As we reach these places gradually so we get sufficient time for acclimatization. A first aid box is always carried along with the trip that contains all the required medicines.

Cultural Shock India is a country which may be very different from something that you may have experienced before. In most of the small of

big towns here pollution, poverty and the crowds can result in initial culture shock. Some villages are still under the poverty line but they follow their traditions and culture strictly. So all this should be seen as an exciting new challenge.

Weather Conditions July to September is the monsoon months in India and there could be some unforeseen problems like road blockages due to

land slides or roads damages. Although the Boarder Road Organization people are very well equipped and work very fast in these conditions but still then a change or delay in itinerary could be there or we reach the destination from some other route, however it is quite unlikely.

In these conditions Government of India and the State tourism Department also become very active and extend the best possible help but we always seek your cooperation.

Check out the India Meteorological web site http://www.imd.ernet.in/main_new.htm for the latest news on the weather forecast in India.

separate room and in case they require a separate vehicle too they have to pay extra amount for the full vehicle. Your Escort cum Guide Our all clients are accompanied by one of our group leaders. The aim of the group leader is to help you through out the

Christ Church - Shimla

Shimla ‘There is a town in Himalayas that is situated over the passes

century. Today it is visited by a number of tourists from all over

the world and remains an attraction for them through out the

year.

‘I cannot doubt that Simla will rise in importance as it

becomes better known‘. Wrote Captain Mundy, the ADC of

its journey from a ten or fifteen houses village and arose up to

the present level in just 190 years.

Today it is one of the most charming and alluring

destination in the Northern Hills of India. The town is visited by

a number or tourists from all over the worlds because of its

natural beauty, heritage, history, religion and its Moc Tudor

Style of architecture. A few of them are:

Christ Church : the corner stone was laid in 1845 but

opened for the general Public in 1857. The Church is a

prominent landmark in the town and famous for its Chancel

Windows designed by Mr. Lockwood Kipling, father of the

famous book Simla – Past & Present, ‘Simla is the Mecca of

amateur actors in the East, and the A. D. C. – probably the best

equipped Amateur Dramatic Club in the world

of the pitch of efficiency to which the amateur organization can

be brought to’.

Famous for its Neo-Gothic style of architecture the

building was built in 1887 and it has been responsible for

making a number of artist of Indian Silver screen, who started

their carrier from here as an actor and arose to the starry heights.

Scandal Point : The main gossip point and the center

of the town where everyone is found in the evening if he is not

available at home. The place is associated with an old story that

may be fake, as the daughter of the Commander in Chief was

abducted from here by the King of Punjab.

house in Shimla. The building is famous for the absolute blend

of Gothic and Rajasthani architecture. The basic attraction of the

house is the Rajasthani jaliwork in its windows and balconies.
