(Each driver will be given a gas card worth approximately $50 for each passenger, including themselves. Therefore, it is to everyone’s advantage to fill cars as judiciously as possible)

This form must be signed and must accompany a $50 deposit check made out to Jennifer Belk by September 5th. This will be used to purchase the tickets that must be acquired far in advance of the trip. Once all forms and deposits are received, a list will be posted on the facebook event site to allow each of you to determine your rooming (4 per room)/riding arrangements. These determinations must be made ( and given to Mrs. Belk) by September 15th and a rooming list will be formulated.

The remaining balance (approx $350) will be determined based on the overall participant quantity. This total will be posted by the 16th. This amount will be due at the Kick-off meeting at 11am on September 29th. At this meeting you will be given specific arrangement and packing information and will sign all risk and code of conduct documents.

This outing is a ROAD TRIP coordinated and arranged privately by Dr. Dave Vawter and Ms. Jennifer Belk. This is not a FIELD TRIP associated with a Winthrop University course nor are the activities sanctioned or financially supported by the university. All participants are attending at their own risk.
