Presidian is a premier hotel management and development company with twenty-three

years of experience in the development of both new properties as well as Certified

Historic Properties. Presidian also provides unsurpassed management services for the

hospitality industry’s leading brands.

It’s been that way since Drake Leddy founded Presidian in 1989 - and it’s a reputation we

proudly retain to this day. Working across all upscale industry segments, we have

maximized investor returns while also delivering a first-class guest experience, even in

management of our own properties as well as our consulting assignments with third party

We launched our management division in 1999 and have since operated and maximized

behalf of such leading brands as Hilton, Starwood, Marriott, IHG and Preferred Hotels.
