Old Town San Diego State Historic Park

Old Town San Diego State Historic Park, located in the Old Town neighborhood of San Diego, California, is a state protected historical park in San Diego. It commemorates the early days of the town of San Diego and includes many historic buildings from the period 1820 to 1870. The park was established in 1968.In 2005 and 2006, California State Parks listed Old Town San Diego as the most visited state park in California.

San Diego Zoo Safari Park

The San Diego Zoo Safari Park, known as the San Diego Wild Animal Park until 2010, is an 1,800 acre (730 ha) zoo in the San Pasqual Valley area of San Diego, California, near Escondido. It is one of the largest tourist attractions in San Diego County. The park houses a large array of wild and endangered animals including species from the continents of Africa, Asia, Europe, North and South America, and Australia.

Mission San Diego de Alcal

Mission Basilica San Diego de Alcal was the first Franciscan mission in the Las Californias Province of the Viceroyalty of New Spain. Located in present-day San Diego, California, it was founded in 1769 by Spanish friar Junpero Serra in an area long inhabited by the Kumeyaay Indians. The mission and the surrounding area were named for the Catholic Saint Didacus, a Spaniard more commonly known as San Diego.

Balboa Park

Balboa Park is a 1,200-acre (490 ha) urban cultural park in San Diego, California.In addition to open space areas, natural vegetation green belts, gardens and walking paths, it contains museums, several theaters, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo where 3500 animals. There are also many recreational facilities and several gift shops and restaurants.

Belmont Park

Belmont Park is a historic oceanfront amusement park located in the Mission Bay area of San Diego, California. The park was developed by sugar magnate John D. Spreckels and opened on July 4, 1925 as the Mission Beach Amusement Center.In addition to providing recreation and amusement it also was intended as a way to help Spreckels sell land in Mission Beach. Located on the beach, it attracts millions of people each year.

Mission Brewery

Mission Brewery is a historic brewery building in the Middletown neighborhood of San Diego, California. Built from 1912 to 1913, the brewery was the first in the U.S. to be designed in the Mission Revival style; it is still the only Mission Revival industrial building in San Diego. The brewery was operated by the San Diego Consolidated Brewing Company, a group led by August F. Lang.

San Diego Convention Center

The San Diego Convention Center is the primary convention center in San Diego, California. It is located in the Marina district of downtown San Diego near the Gaslamp Quarter, at 111 West Harbor Drive. The center is managed by the San Diego Convention Center Corporation, a non-profit public benefit corporation.As of 2009 it was the 24th largest convention facility in North America.It was designed by Canadian architect Arthur Erickson.

Hepner Hall

Hepner Hall, designed by the senior architectural designer of the California Division of the State Architect, Howard Spencer Hazen,and completed in 1931,is the iconic academic building in the center of San Diego State University (SDSU)'s campus, just north of Malcolm A. Love Library at the entrance to the Campanile Walkway and main quad.

Qualcomm Stadium

Qualcomm Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium, in San Diego, California, in the Mission Valley area.It is the current home of the NFL's San Diego Chargers and the San Diego State University Aztecs college football team. It hosts the Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl and the San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl college football games every December. Until 2003, it served as the home of the MLB's San Diego Padres.

Petco Park

Petco Park is an open-air ballpark in downtown San Diego, California, USA. It opened in 2004, replacing Qualcomm Stadium as the home park of Major League Baseball's San Diego Padres. Before then, the Padres shared Qualcomm Stadium with the National Football League's San Diego Chargers. Petco Park is named after the pet supplies retailer Petco, which is based in San Diego and paid for the naming rights.

Viejas Arena

Viejas Arena at Aztec Bowl (formerly named Cox Arena), located on the San Diego State University (SDSU) campus in San Diego, California, is the home of the San Diego State Aztecs men's basketball and women's basketball teams.The facility also hosts SDSU's commencement ceremonies.Previously, the Aztecs played at Peterson Gymnasium also on the SDSU campus.
