For centuries, a discreet door opposite the gates to Marrakech's Royal Palace led to a wealthy merchant's home. Today, behind that door, with the help of celebrity architect Charles Boccara, we have transformed two Riads into the luxury boutique hotel called Dar Les Cigognes. A Riad is a traditional Arab house, traditionally an interior world, which is built around a courtyard with fruit trees and a fountain. A stay at Dar Les Cigognes offers a rare glimpse into a world from 1,001 Nights, with all the comfort and luxury of a modern boutique hotel. There are just eleven rooms at our riad, making it a true boutique hotel, and ensuring that you will have one of the more private and individual experiences in Marrakech. Our goal is to provide the comfort and ease of home, with great service.
Facilities This award-winning Marrakech hotel offers its guests a wide range of services and features: 11 rooms and suites, restaurant, traditional Moroccan hammam and Jacuzzi, full-service spa, gorgeous roof gardens overlooking the ramparts of the Palace, 24-hour reception, a concierge team dedicated to guest comfort... The hotel offers complimentary wi-fi throughout, serves daily complimentary afternoon tea, and provides a daily paper. All rooms have individual climate control, safes, hairdryers, fine quality beds and bedlinens, and our own organic Argan-oil-based bathroom amenities. Dar Les Cigognes is one of a very few riads to have street access, making it easy to come and go by car.

Le Nid des Cigognes is a private villa with
hotel services situated in the heart of the
ancient medina of Marrakech. Located on a
quiet side street off of the Place des
Ferblantiers and the spice souks. There are
several major monuments all within a short
walk of the villa: Badii Palace, Saadian
Tombs, Bahia Palace, Dar Si Said Museum,
Maison Tiskiwin Museum, historic Mellah
neighborhood, the spice and jewellery souks,
and the Agdal gardens.
There are a number of popular restaurants
and bars in the immediate vicinity. Your own
chef can prepare you whatever you want
whenever you want.
