WHAT IS THE PROSPECTS?
Outgoing Snow is on the lookout for a team of up-and-coming
talented snow enthusiasts with specialist skills to form an elite
squad of representatives The Prospects. As a Prospect, you will be
given unique opportunities at events in both the UK and abroad to
showcase your talent whilst gaining invaluable practice to help
your skills grow.
Our passion for snow sports and students alongside our wealth of
experience will help you to expand your pre-existing skills with
professional support and guidance, as well as providing
unparalleled access to behind the scenes events/holidays and
fantastic industry contacts to further your career.Prospects will
embody what it means to be Outgoing. They will produce fresh and
creative content for our website and social media outlets. They
will represent us at a variety of ski holidays, events and
festivals across the UK and abroad. As leading ambassadors,
Prospects will share the Outgoing experience.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Outgoing are looking to recruit outstanding individuals who
share our enthusiasm for all things snow with specialist talents
and aspirations in the following fields:Filming &
EditingPhotographyDJsSocial MediaRidersApplicants will have a
reasonable to exceptional skiing/boarding ability but more
importantly an unrivalled passion for snow sports. Those applying
will also harbour a strong talent in their chosen sector with an
outgoing and sociable personality to match. Ideally, candidates
will also have previous experience in their field.
THE ROLES
PHOTO PROSPECT
To help document and capture Outgoings finest moments as we
bring the party to universities, resorts and events, we need
aspiring photographers to join our team of elites.
As Photo Prospect your work will be used for promotional
material and in conjunction with the Social Prospect you will
facilitate bringing our social media to life through visual
awesomeness.
A prior knowledge and strong interest in photography is
essential.
FILM PROSPECT
The Film Prospect role is one of creativity and flair, promoting
events,holidays and our riders to the widerworld through the
production offilms to set any snow-junkiesheart racing.
You dont have to be Steven Spielberg,but an eye for detail and a
freshapproach to filming and editing is essential in capturing the
moment asit will be down to you to get people hyped for what the
season has to offer.
DJ PROSPECT
Fancy yourself as becoming the new Krafty Kuts, Beni G or
A.Skillz?
If so, as DJ Prospect, you could be playing setsalongside the
biggest names in house, dubstep, drum & bass, and breaks; to
crowds in their thousandsand at festivals such as Snowbombing.
So if you have a penchant for partying, a keenear for party
bangers and an ability to causedance floor chaos, we want to hear
from you.
SKI/BOARD PROSPECTWhether lycra-clad racer or steezy park rat,
the Ski/Board Prospect will be the athlete everyone wants to be and
the one to watch at competitions.
As a Ski/Board Prospect, you will spend your time at the pistes,
indoor slopes and dry slopes of the UK and Europe, exhibiting your
outrageous slope and park abilities during attendance of various
competitions and events.
Working alongside the Film and Photo prospects to produce
inspiring content, you will be an integral visual ambassador for
Outgoing.
SOCIAL PROSPECT
If you have outrageously good chat, are a bit of a social icon
and have an awkward obsession with Facebook, you could be Outgoings
Social Prospect.
We are looking for people to preach about all our snowy
activities throughout the season via blogs, articles, tweets and
statuses to keep our friends in the loop.
The Social Prospect will be well networked and travel to some of
our major events in the UK and abroad to report back on all the
gossip. Those with dire chat need not apply #justsaying.

Submit a portfolio of three snow shots and three party shots, with
appropriate captions.Riders Submit a five minute (or less) film of
you in action and/or proof of any recent competition results.DJs
Submit a 20 minute (or less) mix sampling your type of music
through Soundcloud . Title it Prospects Mix and send us the
link!Film-makers Submit two clips of your work preferably one ski
orientated and one other.Social Media Submit links to your Twitter
and Facebook accounts so we can have a cheeky stalk as well as an
example blog of 500 words or less about a recent party/ ski
competition/ event you have attended.
